Company Introduction 内蒙古双欣环保材料股份有限公司成立于2009年6月，注册资本86,000万元。自设立以来，双欣环保始终致力于一体化经营，坚持绿色、可持续的发展理念，持续加强技术研发，不断向PVA下游高附加值方向延伸，建立了以聚乙烯醇为核心的“石灰石—电石—醋酸乙烯—聚乙烯醇—聚乙烯醇特种纤维等下游产品”循环经济产业链，现已成为国内聚乙烯醇及上下游领域内的重要企业；公司同时以生产过程中产生的电石渣废料制备水泥熟料，进一步提升资源利用率。 双欣环保是一家专业从事聚乙烯醇（PVA）、聚乙烯醇特种纤维、醋酸乙烯（VAC）、碳化钙（电石）等PVA产业链上下游产品的研发、生产、销售的高新技术企业，拥有聚乙烯醇全产业链布局。其中，电石作为化工“基石”，主要用于生产乙炔进而合成PVC、PVA、BDO等重要化工材料，是有机化学工业上游的基础性原材料。聚乙烯醇是一种水溶性可降解高分子材料，具有粘结性、成纤性、乳化稳定性、气体阻隔性、成膜性、生物降解性等诸多性能，主要用于生产聚合助剂、特种纤维、胶粘剂、安全玻璃夹层膜（PVB膜）、水溶膜、光学膜等，广泛应用于精细化工、绿色建筑、造纸、纤维、汽车、可降解包装、光电、医药等行业，是国家重点支持的新材料发展方向。 公司产品在国内销往29个省（自治区、直辖市），部分产品出口欧洲、南美洲、东南亚等地的40余个国家和地区。公司的聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇特种纤维、醋酸乙烯和电石产品均获评“内蒙古自治区名牌产品”，双欣牌聚乙烯醇和高强高模聚乙烯醇纤维产品于2021年获得内蒙古自治区首份《中国出口商品品牌证明书》。 公司先后获评国家第一批“绿色工厂”“国家知识产权示范企业”“化纤行业十三五技术创新示范企业”“化纤绿色发展贡献奖”“国家专精特新小巨人企业”等荣誉，通过中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）实验室认可和IATF16949汽车行业质量管理体系认证，公司承担的“聚乙烯醇生产节能标准化示范创建”项目为鄂尔多斯市首个通过现场考核验收的国家节能标准化示范创建项目，部分聚乙烯醇产品实现了进口替代，为我国聚乙烯醇乃至化工新材料行业的发展做出了积极贡献。
