Company Introduction 盛新锂能集团股份有限公司成立于2001年12月29日，注册地位于成都，注册资本9.22亿元。2008年5月23日公司在深圳证券交易所上市（证券代码：002240，证券简称：盛新锂能）。 公司拥有控股子公司40+家，主要分布在四川、广东、印尼、阿根廷、津巴布韦等地，员工3300余人。截至2022年末，公司总资产184.31亿元，归母净资产127.26亿元；2022年实现营业收入120.39亿元，归母净利润55.52亿元。 公司主要业务为锂矿采选、基础锂盐和金属锂产品的生产与销售，主要产品为锂精矿、碳酸锂、氢氧化锂、氯化锂、金属锂。 公司在四川德阳和遂宁合计已建成锂盐产能7.2万吨；在印尼规划新建6万吨锂盐产能，预计2024上半年建成；在四川遂宁还规划了年产1万吨利用盐湖锂资源生产锂盐项目；公司锂盐产能位居世界前列。公司锂盐业务技术先进、成熟，锂盐项目团队具有丰富的锂盐产品研发、生产管理经验和深厚的专业功底。公司主要客户包括比亚迪、宁德时代、中创新航、瑞浦能源、LG化学、SKO、浦项化学、容百科技等行业领先企业。 公司在全球范围内布局锂资源，拥有专业的矿山开发建设团队。公司成功开发了建设难度较高的四川省金川县奥伊诺矿业，原矿生产规模40.5万吨/年，折合锂精矿约7.5万吨；在津巴布韦拥有萨比星锂钽矿项目，原矿生产规模90万吨/年，折合锂精矿约20万吨；参股了四川省雅江县惠绒矿业，拥有阿根廷SDLA盐湖项目的独立运营权，并投资了Pocitos、Arizaro等多个盐湖初期勘探项目。 随着新能源汽车和储能产业的持续扩张，锂电池行业需求旺盛，为锂盐产品提供了巨大的市场空间及发展机会。公司以“致力于成为全球锂电新能源材料领先企业”为战略目标，始终保持战略定力，继续加大锂电新能源领域的投入，同时在全球范围内继续积极寻求优质的锂资源项目，重点围绕四川、非洲、阿根廷等地加强资源储备，并根据未来锂产品的市场需求适时扩大产能规划。公司将牢牢抓住行业发展机遇，紧紧围绕“资源、规模、品质质、客户”开展各项工作，增强资源储备、扩大产能规模、提升产品品质、服务核心客户，以锂为世界能源可持续发展作贡献。
