Company Introduction 位于西施故里——浙江省诸暨市经济开发区的浙江大东南股份有限公司是一家由诸暨市水务集团控股，经浙江省人民政府证券委员会批准成立的股份制企业，于2008年7月正式在深圳证券交易所上市。从上市至今，公司实施了两次增发及一次并购配套募资，成功募集资金超23亿元，借助资本市场做大做强。公司下属四个分公司两个分厂，浙江大东南万象科技公司、绿海新能源公司、杭州大东南新材料公司、宁波大东南万象科技公司、EVA分厂、电子膜分厂。一个省级研究院——锂电池隔膜研究院（含*********膜检测中心），两个实验室（大东南中科院化学所“高性能高分子膜联合实验室”、大东南浙江大学“高分子材料实验室”）。企业占地总面积近624亩，总资产超25亿。 浙江大东南股份有限公司系高新技术企业，主要生产设备从全球先进的制造厂商引进，是国内生产装备先进、产能前列的企业之一，也是中国多功能包装材料全面走向现代化、国际化的开拓者之一。公司主要从事塑料薄膜产品及新材料领域的研发、生产和销售，产品包括BOPET膜、CPP膜、BOPP电容膜、光学膜等产品。其中BOPET四条线产能9万吨，另有光学膜产能5万吨，BOPET规模跻身国内前列；CPP薄膜产能2.2-2.5万吨；BOPP电容膜产能1.8万吨。公司获得国家发明专利、实用新颖专利42项，国家重点产业振兴和技术改造项目1项，并且是行业标准的起草单位。 公司已融入中国长三角经济区域，已在杭州北大门余杭开发区建立了BOPET多功能新型包装材料基地；在东海之滨宁波港口建立了具有先进水平的高科技电容绝缘材料生产线基地。杭州、宁波、诸暨多地子公司与母公司协同发展，取长补短，助力业绩稳步增长。 公司曾先后授予“中美经济合作组织中国首席企业”、“中国民营企业500强”、“中国制造业500强企业”、“国家重点高新技术企业”。“绿海”商标被认定为中国驰名商标，“西施”牌荣获中国名牌称号。企业先后被推荐为中国企业联合会企业家协会副会长单位、中国包装联合会副会长单位、塑料包装委员会副会长单位等。 公司确定创新发展、科技强企的理念，牢牢把握科学发展的主题，紧紧围绕以新材料、特种膜的差异化发展方式为主线，坚持“发展才是硬道理”的理念，以科技领航，持续创新，进一步解放思想，锐意进取，将转型升级作为大东南的立足之本，动力之源，引领中国膜新材料行业朝着高技术含量的发展道路前进，打造成一流的高分子膜先进制造业中心。
