Company Introduction 公司前身为“新疆西部建设股份有限公司”，成立2001年10月，于2009年11月在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市，2013年4月，公司完成了对实际控制人中国建筑工程总公司系统内混凝土企业的重组整合，成为全国规模最大、技术实力最强且全国布局的专业商品混凝土上市公司，并于2013年9月正式更名为“中建西部建设股份有限公司”。 公司的经营范围为：高性能预拌砼的生产、销售及其新技术、新工艺的研究开发与推广；新型建材及化工材料的研究及生产应用。公司自设立以来，一直专业从事高性能预拌混凝土的生产和销售。混凝土是基本建筑材料，广泛运用于各种建筑物和构筑物。在我国，预拌混凝土是从施工建筑行业中分离出来的一个新兴行业，与传统的混凝土现场搅拌相比，预拌混凝土具有提高混凝土质量的稳定性和可靠性，大大减少噪音和粉尘污染，有效节约资源和循环利用资源，满足高强度和特殊性能混凝土需求的特点，是混凝土生产由粗放型向集约化的转变，实现了混凝土生产的社会化、专业化和商品化，是建筑业依靠技术进步迈向建筑工业化的一项重要变革。
