Company Introduction 公司是一家以含氟技术为核心、以技术创新为动力、以智能制造为驱动的含氟医药、植保与新能源材料制造商，拥有垂直一体化的产业链、柔性化的综合生产平台和专业化的研发创新团队，能够为国内外客户提供定制研发、生产及技术服务等业务。公司主要产品按照终端应用领域分为三类，包括医药类、植保类、锂电及其他材料类。公司的含氟精细化学品系列品种十分丰富，主要应用于下游医药、植保、新能源与电子材料等不同的终端市场领域，为国内外客户的产品供应多元化的重要原料。其中，医药类产品涵盖心血管、糖尿病、中枢神经、抗感染、抗病毒等领域的关键含氟中间体、医药原料药和制剂；植保类产品主要有含氟类除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂中间体，以及农药原药和制剂；锂电及其他材料类产品主要有锂电池材料、含氟液晶中间体等。 公司采用合格供应商准入制度确定原材料的供应方。合格供应商的评定工作定期进行，评定标准主要包括供货价格、及时供货状况以及包装质量、售后服务、配合度等，公司按照评定结果确定合格供应商，作为年度原材料采购的对象。公司对每种主要原材料至少确定两家合格供货商，以保证原料供应的稳定。 生产部根据当月的库存以及产能状况向总经理提交下月的生产采购计划，总经理在此基础上依据市场供需情况进行调整，确定后采购计划下发至采购部，由其具体执行。 公司主要原材料的采购价格采取招标或议价的方式确定。日常主要原料的采购以招标报价的形式为主，由专门的招标部门和人员负责组织招标、开标，规范公司的采购工作，尽可能地节约原料采购成本；部分特殊原料通过议价的方式确定，供应商如要调整价格需要提前发出书面的提价征询函，以便公司对于原料价格的变动提前作出反应，尽可能地降低成本波动影响。 2022年是我国实施“十四五”规划的关键之年，也是全面建成小康社会开局之年。面对错综复杂的国际形势，我国经济在党中央的引领下平稳增长，全年GDP同比增长3%，连续第三年超过百万亿元。 2022年，公司坚持既定的发展战略，聚焦核心主业发展，稳步推进项目建设，持续拓宽产品销售渠道，实现了销售收入的平稳增长；同时公司加大研发投入，通过技术、工艺、设备等方面的优化升级实现降本增效，并积极与上游原材料供应商进行洽谈合作，严控产品成本，保证了公司的盈利水平。2022年公司的业务规模进一步扩大、盈利能力和市场地位持续提升，共计实现营业收入633,621.93万元，同比增长41.79%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润55,392.83万元，同比增长97.63%。
