Company Introduction 烟台双塔食品股份有限公司（以下简称双塔食品）位于龙口粉丝的发源地和主产地-山东省招远市，公司占地面积70万平方米，总资产46亿元，2018年实现销售收入23.8亿元。现已经形成了龙口粉丝、豌豆蛋白、豌豆淀粉、膳食纤维、食用菌、人造肉、植物肉、生物天然气等多元化产品发展格局。 双塔食品于2010年9月21日在深圳证券交易所成功上市，掀开了企业乃至整个行业发展的新篇章。 公司承诺生产过程中“零”添加，依托生物工程，生产绿色放心产品，并以卓越、稳定的品质赢得了国内外客商及消费者的好评。公司以粉丝生产销售为依托，大力发展循环经济，将粉丝生产过程中产生的废水、粉渣综合利用，现已形成了“粉丝生产加工-分离提取食用蛋白、提取食用纤维-废水沼气提纯-废渣制取酒精-粉渣发展食用菌-菌渣生产有机肥”的“1+10”循环经济产业链条，开创了独具特色的“双塔模式”。 烟台双塔食品股份有限公司是中国食品工业协会粉丝行业工作委员会会长单位;公司申报的“龙口粉丝”传统手工制作技艺，于2014年被列入国家非物质文化遗产名录，公司被列为“山东省非物质文化遗产保护示范基地”、“山东省非物质文化遗产生产性保护示范基地”。 公司生产的“双塔”牌龙口粉丝曾先后获得中华人民共和国质量奖、中国食品博览会金奖、中国农业食品博览会金奖。科研项目“乳酸杆菌剥离淀粉颗粒表面蛋白包膜生产改性淀粉工艺研究与应用”技术被国家科技部列为国家火炬计划；科研项目“豌豆粉丝废水中提取分离蛋白及综合利用的研究与应用”技术被国家科技部列为国家级星火计划。2008年，公司检测中心获得中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可，成为粉丝行业的“国家认可实验室”；2009年被国家科技部认定为国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，2014年10月承担了国家科技支撑计划项目，负责“食品加工废水发酵产沼气工艺优化”课题研究。 双塔食品借助国家供给侧改革的东风，以“品牌建设年”、“效益提升年”为定位，在品牌优势中打造企业“硬身板”，在创新驱动中培植核心“动力源”，在发展全球贸易中挖掘经济“增长点”，集中攻坚科技研发、品牌建设、对外贸易等关键环节，强化经济发展之路，上下一心，奋力拼搏，为经济社会更好更快发展做出更大贡献、贡献更大份额。 公司主营产品有人造肉、植物基食品、植物肉、植物鸡块、红薯粉条、蛋白肉、豌豆淀粉、豌豆纤维、豌豆蛋白、龙口粉丝
