Company Introduction 吉林利源精制股份有限公司（以下简称“利源”）创建于2000年，占地面积40万平方米，拥有26个生产车间，500余台进口设备，是集铝型材铝制品铸造、挤压、表面处理到深加工为一体的综合性生产企业，长期为汽车零部件、建筑装修、轨道交通、太阳能、电子电力、航空石化行业的龙头企业提供产品及服务，产品覆盖保险杠、电池箱、门窗型材、幕墙、全铝家居、轨道车车头、车体型材、太阳能边框、太阳能支架、笔记本电脑壳体、智能手机机身、石油钻杆、变径管和各类无缝管等，得到客户的广泛认可。公司于2010年11月17日在深圳中小板挂牌上市，股票代码：002501，现有员工近千人。 利源围绕“23个车间+3中心”搭建了的先进制造能力。23个车间包括：铝合金铸造车间、铝型材挤压车间、铝型材表面处理车间、铝型材深加工车间、铝合金轨道列车车头、车体车间、模具制造车间、热处理车间、门窗加工车间、玻璃加工车间、特种材车间等。3个中心包括：研发中心、检测中心和污水处理中心。公司实现了年产汽车轻量化零部件50万套，铝型材15万吨、深加工产品10万吨以上，模具8000套，铝合金车体600辆、车头400辆，铝门窗幕墙制作60万平方米，安装40万平方米的生产加工及配套安装能力。 利源的铝制品行业产品已出口18个国家和地区，并先后为奔驰、大众、宝马、中国一汽、沃尔沃、北汽福田、加拿大麦格纳、中信戴卡、富士康、日本三井、美国苹果、台湾广达、韩国三星、日腾、惠普、中国中车等企业配套产品支持。 利源一直秉承质量优先、技术引领的原则，先后通过了ISO9001国际质量体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系及ISO45001:2018职业健康安全管理体系认证、GJB9001A-2001国家军用标准认证、ISO3834认证、EN15085-2焊接认证和IAF16949:2016汽车质量管理体系认证；获得了国家技术监督检验检疫总局评为“国家免检产品”企业、吉林省名牌产品企业、吉林省著名商标、吉林省百强民营企业、全国守合同重信用企业、吉林省民营科技企业、质量管理先进企业、吉林省最具成长性中型企业50强等多项殊荣，在技术领域获得了25项专利以及高新技术企业认证。 利源在自身发展的同时，一直秉承积极回报社会的初心。公司将环境保护作为企业可持续发展的重要责任，切实履行保护环境的职责，投资3000万元建设了污水处理中心，处理废水，中水回用，达到零排放，为构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会做出了努力。同时，公司连续十年被辽源市评为“纳税状元”，为地方经济发展做出了突出贡献。 从建筑型材到工业型材及其深加工产品，公司同步世界先进的主流产业发展，以满足世界最先进的产业客户为目标，投入巨资引进国际先进的设备，并不断改进和创新工艺技术，以严谨的质量管理流程，创造出超越客户满意度的优质产品，为把公司打造成国际化一流公众公司而努力奋斗。
