| Company Introduction | 未名生物医药有限公司（原厦门北大之路生物工程有限公司）成立于1998年12月，是北京大学和厦门市在生物医药科技领域合作的结晶，是北大未名集团旗下生物制药领域的核心企业。公司是国家高新技术企业，设有人事部批准的博士后科研工作站，并和欧洲脑研究所共同设立了中国实验室。经过十多年的发展，公司现已发展成为福建省生物制药龙头，并跻身中国生物制药企业前30强。 公司的第一个产品为注射用鼠神经生长因子（恩经复?NOBEX?）。恩经复是神经损伤治疗性药物，是世界上第一支获准正式用于临床的神经生长因子药品，也是第一个由中国人率先产业化的诺贝尔生理学或医学奖成果，恩经复已成为中国神经生长因子市场的著名品牌。 公司投资建设的厦门北大生物园，占地150余亩，毗邻厦门岛地理中心忠仑公园，是厦门火炬高新区“一区多园”中唯一一个以生物产业为主题的核心园区及产学研合作的典范。按照“利用一个产品启动一个市场、利用一个市场发展一个企业、利用一个企业创建一个基地、利用一个基地推动一个产业”的发展思路，公司致力于重点发展神经生长因子系列产品、细胞因子药物和多肽药物，创建新药高效研发体系。 公司旗下拥有北京科兴生物制品有限公司、天津未名生物医药有限公司等企业。其中，北京科兴于2001年在北京中关村国家自主创新示范区注册成立，是唯一一家在北美上市的中国疫苗企业。北京科兴先后推出了我国第一支甲型肝炎灭活疫苗，中国第一支、全球第二支甲型乙型肝炎联合疫苗，中国第一支与全球同步的大流行流感疫苗（人用禽流感疫苗），唯一不含防腐剂的国产流感病毒裂解疫苗以及全球第一支甲型H1N1流感疫苗和手足口病疫苗，已成长为一家拥有创新研发和产业化经验的、具有极大发展潜力的专业疫苗公司。天津未名创建于1992年，是我国率先进入基因工程制药产业化领域的企业之一，公司在天津经济技术开发区建有国内规模较大的干扰素冻干粉针剂和预灌装玻璃注射器装注射液生产线，年生产干扰素能力超过2000万支。 2015年9月，公司在中小板重组上市（证券简称：未名医药，证券代码：002581）。下一步，公司将利用资本市场的力量，加快发展、做大做强，向世界生物医药龙头企业迈进。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
