| Company Introduction | 公司一贯秉持“服务循环经济、打造绿色生活”的企业使命，始终坚持“拼搏、求实、创新、敬业”的企业精神，专注于再生资源加工装备的研发、制造、营销和服务的“四位一体”，致力于成为服务全球市场的再生资源加工装备制造商和综合服务提供商。公司自上市以来，不断加强再生资源加工设备的产品升级与技术创新的同时，积极布局再生资源运营业务，大力发展报废汽车回收拆解业务、拓展下游废钢、稀土回收料、以及其他金属、非金属资源的综合回收利用，积极探索公司在环保、智能制造以及物联网相关行业拓展的可能性。 报告期内，公司主营业务分为“再生资源”和“电梯部件”两大板块。其中，“再生资源”板块业务主要包括再生资源加工装备的研发、生产和销售，以及再生资源运营业务；“电梯部件”板块业务主要为电梯信号系统及安全部件的研发、设计、制造和销售。 2023年上半年度，受宏观经济形势、行业政策以及下游需求不达预期等多重因素影响，稀土产品的市场价格整体呈现下降趋势，公司稀土资源综合利用业务营业收入较去年同期大幅下降，主要产品毛利率下滑明显，盈利能力减弱，导致公司整体经营业绩大幅下降。同时，公司再生资源综合利用业务相关的政府补助未能得到及时、足额返还，对公司当期净利润产生一定程度的影响。 报告期内，北京华宏报废机动车拆解扩能项目、宁波中杭实业“年产4000吨高性能磁性材料项目”等扩能项目陆续完成投资、建设并投入运营，导致公司运营成本及费用增加，但相关业务目前尚处于产能爬坡阶段，销售规模和盈利水平尚未达到项目预定目标。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
