| Company Introduction | 报告期内，公司从事的主要业务为第三方支付和融资租赁业务。 1、第三方支付业务 公司控股子公司合利宝对外提供第三方支付服务，立足于为中小微企业和个体工商户经营提供支付及相关增值服务。合利宝拥有中国人民银行核发的《支付业务许可证》，并具有跨境人民币支付业务备案许可，经营范围包含互联网支付、移动电话支付、银行卡收单服务。 自成立以来，合利宝秉承担当、激情、开放、信任的核心价值观，以立足支付，推动产业变革、提升企业竞争力为使命，坚持合法诚信经营，致力于为客户提供从线上到线下，从境内到境外的全方位支付服务。目前合利宝已发展成为涵盖智慧零售、金融科技、跨境、电商虚拟、航空旅游、教育等行业的金融科技公司，得到了政府和社会各界的一致认可。 2、融资租赁业务 公司租赁业务围绕互联网生态场景下生态体系，深化与优秀科技企业合作，通过大数据风控致力于将金融与民生有机结合，在专业化、规范化、市场化的经营原则指导下，在强化风控措施的前提下，促进个人消费升级、帮扶民生设施改善，推动中小微实体企业发展。 公司融资租赁业务持续推进“互联网+”，在3C数码产品、家具家电、办公设备等领域开展融资租赁业务，充分获得了行业认可，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。 报告期内，公司在董事会的带领下，持续开展规范运作，全面加强经营管理，稳步实施提质增效，重点聚焦优势业务发展，有力的保证了各项业务平稳运行。通过加强对生产经营各环节的精细化管理，公司积极推动降本增效，切实提升了经营效率；通过持续聚焦核心业务发展，不断提升平台创新服务能力和市场竞争力，公司第三方支付业务在行业内形成了较强的竞争优势，拓展出丰富的应用场景，凭借创新支付技术对各产业的生产、交易、消费、流通等环节实现深度赋能。报告期内，公司还结合实际情况和未来发展需要，积极推动注册地址迁移变更，后又新增设立了广州办公地址。以迁址变更为契机，公司将充分利用广东良好的经济政策和金融环境，集中力量落实与推进金融科技产业布局，抢抓金融科技和数字化转型发展机遇，全力助推支付业务做大做强，为实现经济高质量发展和产业转型升级贡献力量。 报告期内，公司面临债务逾期、财务负担沉重、融资受限等困难局面，相关问题严重制约了公司经营业绩的提升。为摆脱当前面临的财务困境，早日实现轻装上阵和健康发展，公司在努力做好日常经营管理的同时，积极加强与债权人、潜在投资人的洽谈沟通，广泛争取理解和支持，积极探索各方可接受的债务处理方案，全力做好公司债务风险化解。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
