Company Introduction 公司是专业的电声元器件及电声组件制造商和服务商、电声技术解决方案提供商，主营业务为微型精密电声元器件及电声组件的研发、生产和销售及电子元器件分销，主要产品包括MEMS声学传感器、驻极体声学传感器（ECM）、车载语音模组、RNC振动传感器模组、微型扬声器/受话器及其阵列模组、车载显示屏等。公司产品广泛应用于智能手机、智能穿戴、汽车电子、智能家居、物联网等领域。 报告期内，受宏观经济影响等多方面不利因素的影响，以智能手机为例的消费电子类产品出货量明显增长放缓。据DIGITIMESResearch最新统计，2023年第一季度全球智能手机出货量2.64亿部，同比下滑13.2%；第二季度出货量2.57亿部，同比减少6.4%，环比减少2.7%。 随着新兴汽车的发展，车载声学系统应用也逐步拓展，根据知名咨询机构Canalys预测：2023年中国汽车出口总量有望达440万辆；根据德勤发布的《未来的语音世界—中国智能语音市场分析》，各行业智能化应用迎来需求拐点进入需求爆发期。预计2030年智能语音市场消费级应用场景总的发展空间将超过700亿元，其中，车载语音系统发展空间约126亿元。根据Yole的数据，2018-2026年全球汽车电子领域MEMS声学传感器出货量从0.37亿颗增长至1.85亿颗，年均复合增长率为22.42%，呈现快速上升的态势。根据中国汽车工业协会发布的数据显示，2023年上半年汽车产销量分别为1324.8万辆和1323.9万辆，同比分别增长9.3%和9.8%。 当前新能源车、无人驾驶、车载信息系统技术日渐成熟，汽车电子已经进入新一轮技术革新周期，汽车电子渗透率及单车价值量都将会得到大幅提升。公司的车载电子产品目前主要是车载麦克风，自2007年通过车规认证以来，客户覆盖众多传统汽车豪华品牌和新能源汽车品牌。公司未来的发展目标是增加产品品类、提高单车价值量。后续公司还规划了快速发展的产品线：中控显示屏、K歌麦克风、车载耳机、车载无线充、车载喇叭、功放等多种产品线，确保在智能座舱占据重要地位。 报告期内，公司持续聚焦精密电声元器件、零组件业务、半导体封测业务、汽车电子业务，进一步提升公司盈利能力和企业规模。
