Company Introduction 茂硕电源科技股份有限公司是高可靠、智能化、高效节能开关电源制造及解决方案提供商.公司的主营业务为开关电源的研发、生产及销售.发行人的主要产品按其下游应用划分为消费电子类电源和大功率LED驱动电源,主要为消费类电子产品和大功率LED照明设备配套所需的驱动电源.消费电子类电源主要包括AV视听类、IT通信类等高端电子设备用电源,主要客户包括华为、创维、卓翼科技、SAGEM、SEB、SHARP、D-LINK等著名企业;大功率LED驱动电源产品按照功能不同分为恒压源,恒流源,恒流模块,智能控制驱动四大品类七个系列,主要应用于大功率LED路灯和隧道灯.主要客户包括勤上光电、富士康、比亚迪、真明丽集团、德豪润达、国星光电、山东中微、北京朗波尔、西安立明等国内主要LED路灯和隧道灯制造商.发行人系高新技术企业、广东省首批战略性新兴产业骨干企业、中国电源学会副理事长单位,2011年被评选为国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业.发行人自成立以来十分重视技术研发对公司生产经营及品牌的推动作用,并注重对研发成果的保护,发行人实验室为TUVRheinland/CCIC(Qingdao)Co.Ltd.授权实验室,技术中心为深圳市市级研究开发中心(技术中心类).此外,发行人还承担了国家科技部"高可靠LED驱动电源技术开发及可靠性研究"项目、广东省科技厅"高可靠大功率LED智能驱动电源技术研发及应用"项目等多项国家科技部及广东省科技厅的重大LED产业技术攻关项目。
