| Company Introduction | 报告期内公司主营业务聚焦“集装箱装卸设备”和“智能数控机床”为主的高端装备制造业务；同时，公司借助光伏行业发展机遇，拓展太阳能电池组件业务，推进业务结构转型升级。 公司集装箱装卸设备（港机）主要产品有岸桥、轨道吊、轮胎吊等，主要应用于港口的集装箱船舶装卸作业、铁路集装箱装卸、集装箱堆场的堆存和拖车装卸装箱等。公司经过多年对港口自动化设备相关技术的研发投入，系列产品已经较为成熟且具有较强的市场竞争力，目前公司已成为国际一线集装箱码头运营商的设备供应商。 报告期内，公司港机业务平稳运行，在扩大内需战略实施及国内外经济恢复态势下，公司抢抓国内外码头港机设备升级改造机遇，招投标量出现一定增长，公司在手港机订单较为充足。报告期内，公司与新加坡国际港务集团（简称“PSA国际”，全球规模最大以及运营管理最先进的集装箱码头运营商之一）签订了《采购框架协议》，公司成为PSA国际轨道吊（RMG）、轮胎吊（RTG）及堆垛起重机设备的优选投标人，业务服务范围包括PSA国际旗下所有码头。公司于2022年7月与PSA签署的自动化轨道式集装箱门式起重机项目在正常执行中。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
