Company Introduction 公司开展的业务主要有饲料及饲料原料业务、水产品加工及生物制品业务、远洋捕捞加工业务。报告期内，公司充分利用“饲料及饲料原料、水产食品加工、远洋捕捞”等上下游产业链及各环节间的协同促进作用，不断延伸和完善产业链，形成了相关业务协同发展的格局，发挥水产饲料生产及供应优势，为消费者提供优质、安全、健康、全程可追溯的水产品食材。 1、饲料及饲料原料业务 饲料业务是公司的重要业务板块，战略定位是以“产品+技术+服务”解决养殖户问题，提升养殖户效益，成为专业的养殖服务商。目前公司饲料业务主要产品包括普通水产饲料产品、虾饲料产品、特种水产饲料产品、部分畜禽料产品和动保产品等。其中，虾饲料和特种水产饲料产品是公司未来将持续发力的饲料品类。 2、水产品加工及生物制品业务 公司水产品加工及生物制品业务顺应新时代人民群众的生活新需求、消费新趋势，以技术创新、品质引领，致力于为居民餐桌提供源头可控、健康、绿色、时尚的水产食品，成为国内优质的水产品高级供应商。水产品加工业务是公司产业链最终产品的出口，也是提升价值的终端、公司的业务核心。该业务主要以公司产业链内参与的、品质可控、可溯源的水产品为原料，通过冷冻加工成为冷冻食品，或通过精深加工成为安全、便捷、时尚的水产食品，打造有特色的食品品牌和产品线。 3、远洋捕捞加工业务 公司于2019年收购远洋捕捞加工业务，该项目位于非洲毛里塔尼亚，主要由控股子公司日昇海洋资源开发股份有限公司（毛里塔尼亚）开展。毛里塔尼亚濒临大西洋，拥有超长的海岸线和宽阔的海洋专属经济区，鱼类资源丰富。公司以自有船队和合作船队捕捞的非深海鱼群和经济鱼作为原料，对渔获物进行加工处理。目前的产品主要为鱼粉、鱼油和其他经济鱼，此外还有章鱼、墨鱼、鱿鱼为代表的软体类海鲜产品。其中，鱼油和软体类海鲜产品主要销往欧洲的大型食品加工厂和餐厅；鱼粉是国内水产饲料生产过程中重要的动物性蛋白质添加原料；其他经济鱼产则主要在邻近的非洲市场进行销售。
