| Company Introduction | 公司主营业务为饲料生产、父母代肉种鸡养殖、雏鸡孵化、商品代肉鸡养殖与屠宰、鸡肉产品加工、销售。公司主要产品是商品代肉鸡及鸡肉产品，其中鸡肉产品主要以分割冻鸡肉产品、冰鲜鸡肉产品和预制菜品的形式销售。 2023年上半年，随着经济逐步回暖，终端消费需求提升，白羽肉鸡行业景气度逐步进入上行周期。公司继续立足实际，练好内功，通过优化饲料配方、提高生产性能、提升养殖效果以及精细化运营管理等举措，进一步提升公司的盈利能力，加强公司横向规模扩张和纵向链条延伸，整体规模与实力已达到全国同行业前列。 仙坛股份力求健康稳定，相比发展速度，公司更注重发展质量，“小步慢走”战略是公司矢志不渝、坚定不移所遵循的根本方针。公司20多年“小步慢走”的发展历程，一直坚守着“抓质量、控成本”的原则前行。诸城年产1.2亿羽肉鸡产业生态项目，作为公司倾力打造的乡村振兴齐鲁样板工程，项目的运营深度丰富了公司肉鸡事业的产业生态，为产业链本土、外埠双向驱动奠定了坚实的实践基础。 目前诸城项目一期工程建设配套的屠宰加工厂、饲料厂和21个养殖场已经投入生产。二期工程的屠宰加工厂厂房已经建成，目前设备尚未进入，二期工程的养殖用地正在与政府落实，现在部分已经到位的土地正在建设。诸城项目的商品代养殖环节，在“公司+农场”的基础上做了重新定位，诸城项目主要采取“公司+供应商+农场”的方式，目前主要是疫苗、药品等生物制品及养殖设备的供应商。2023年上半年诸城项目商品代肉鸡的出栏量为2,214万羽，2023年诸城项目商品代肉鸡的出栏量预计将达到5,000万羽。诸城项目2024年全部建成投产后，将实现父母代、商品代的全配套，仙坛股份的肉鸡宰杀量将达到2.5-2.7亿只、肉食加工能力达70万吨，公司产能将翻倍，相当于在诸城市再造一个“仙坛股份”，实现公司的二次腾飞。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
