Company Introduction 2009年11月16日，陈平贵等40名自然人签订了《发起人协议书》，以现金5,600万元出资发起设立贝肯能源。公司注册资本5,600万元，其中首次出资1,680万元在《发起人协议书》签署之日起5个工作日内由各发起人以现金形式缴纳，剩余实收资本3,920万元在2011年5月15日前缴付完毕。2009年11月18日，贝肯能源召开创立大会审议通过了公司章程并选举了董事会和监事会成员。2009年11月26日，克拉玛依市工商行政管理局颁发了注册号为650200060000050的《企业法人营业执照》。公司注册资本5,600万元，实收资本1,680万元，法定代表人陈平贵，经营范围为：与石油和天然气开采有关的服务；石油钻采专用机械制造；化学原料及化学制品、五金交电、电子产品销售。
Main Business 为客户提供钻井总承包、压裂、化工产品销售及井控装置和钻具等的检测、维修等一揽子技术服务。
