Company Introduction 科力尔前身科力尔有限成立于2010年9月8日。2015年9月16日，科力尔有限召开股东会并作出决议，同意以科力尔有限全体股东共同作为发起人，将科力尔有限整体变更为股份公司。2015年10月9日，科力尔有限全体股东签署《湖南科力尔电机股份有限公司发起人协议》，约定以2015年8月31日经审计的科力尔有限净资产171,590,513.04元折合为股份公司股份，共计6,600万股，股本总额6,600万元，每股面值1元，净资产超过股本总额的部分计入股份公司资本公积。 2015年10月18日，本公司创立大会审议通过了《关于设立湖南科力尔电机股份有限公司的议案》。2015年11月2日，科力尔在永州市工商行政管理局领取了《企业法人营业执照》（统一社会信用代码91431100561723591P）。 公司自设立以来，一直从事微特电机的开发、生产与销售。公司主要产品包括单相罩极电机（含贯流风机）、串激电机、步进电机、直流无刷电机。
