Company Introduction 电子信息产业是我国战略性新兴产业之一，作为“电子产品之母”的印制电路板技术水平的高低关系着电子产业的发展水平。公司自设立以来，一直致力于高密度印制电路板的研发、生产和销售，主营业务未发生变化。产品应用领域涵盖计算机、消费电子、汽车电子、通讯设备、工控设备和医疗电子等众多领域。 目前，公司在湖南省益阳市和广东省惠州市各拥有一处大型制造基地，业务遍及亚洲、欧美等地区，客户包括现友产业、大德电子、共进股份、德赛西威、健鼎科技、富士康、达创科技、联想、Mobis、住友商事、Brother、创维等境内外众多知名企业，并且仍在不断地扩展优质的客户资源。得益于良好的客户关系和稳健的市场策略，公司2016年营业收入较2014年增长46.31%。 公司拥有一支多年从事PCB设计、制造、管理的技术团队，并通过对生产技术的钻研、生产工艺的改进以及新设备、新工艺的引进，以适应快速发展的市场需求。公司的核心技术人员均具有丰富的从业经历和专业的技术水平，为公司的发展提供了可靠的技术保障。截至本招股意向书签署之日，公司已获得105项专利，其中发明专利18项，同时，子公司惠州奥士康的产品“纯电动汽车埋铜PCB电源板”和“高清大屏LCD组合PCB板”被广东省高新技术企业协会认定为广东省高新技术产品。目前公司还与电子科技大学、广东工业大学和长沙理工大学等科研院校进行广泛合作，以提升公司的研发能力。 公司在行业内具有较高的知名度，且公司和子公司惠州奥士康均为国家高新技术企业。公司系中国印制电路协会会员单位、安全生产标准化三级企业、湖南省认定企业技术中心，并荣获“2015年度中国印制电路行业百强企业”“益阳市科学技术进步奖”“国家知识产权优势企业”“益阳市民营企业工业制造业20强”等荣誉称号；子公司惠州奥士康系广东省工程技术研究开发中心，并荣获了“2013年广东省制造业企业500强”和“中国印制电路行业第三届‘优秀民族品牌企业’”等荣誉称号。公司未来将继续秉承“公平、团队、创新、细节”的经营理念，充分拓展市场空间、改进生产技术和生产工艺，不断向客户推出优质的产品。
