Company Introduction 1993年8月9日，中信设计取得深圳市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》，经营范围为：承担建筑工程乙级范围内的工程设计任务。2000年9月13日，雅科特设计股东会作出决议：（1）将公司的注册资本由50.00万元人民币增加至100.00万元人民币；（2）将公司名称由“深圳中信设计公司”变更为“深圳市雅科特建筑设计有限公司”。2000年11月1日，雅科特设计在深圳市工商行政管理局办理完毕工商变更登记手续。2001年10月27日，经雅科特设计股东会决议通过，公司名称由“深圳市雅科特建筑设计有限公司”变更为“深圳市华阳国际建筑设计有限公司”。2015年10月11日，天健会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）出具《验资报告》（天健验[2015]3-140号）。2015年10月22日，华阳国际就上述整体变更为股份公司事宜在深圳市市场监督管理局办理完毕工商变更登记手续，并领取新的《企业法人营业执照》。2016年4月18日，公司在全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌，证券简称“华阳国际”，证券代码“836762”，转让方式为协议转让。由建筑设计逐渐延伸至装配式建筑设计与技术咨询、BIM 设计与技术咨询、工程造价与咨询、工程总承包、全过程工程咨询、PC 构件的生产和销售等建筑工程领域
