| Company Introduction | 公司前身系原湖南双佳农牧科技有限公司（以下简称双佳公司），双佳公司以2012年3月31日为基准日，整体变更为湖南湘佳牧业股份有限公司，于2012年6月18日在常德市工商行政管理局办妥登记注册，总部位于湖南省常德市石门县。公司现持有统一社会信用代码为91430700748364904T的营业执照。湘佳牧业立足于家禽行业中优质家禽的养殖与食品加工，目前公司已发展成为饲料生产及销售、父母代种禽繁育、家禽饲养及销售、禽类屠宰加工及销售、生物肥生产及销售的全产业链企业，向广大禽类终端消费者提供经无公害认证的活禽产品及冰鲜家禽产品。公司在长期养殖实践中形成自己的一套养殖标准，并将该标准在产业链每个环节进行细化，实施精细化管理且辅以严格的成本控制。在生产过程中，公司在确保向终端客户提供最优质的禽类产品的过程中对每个环节的成本进行合理控制扩大利润空间。销售渠道方面，公司在继续扩大传统的活禽销售渠道的同时，实施差异化营销策略，开拓了优质家禽的冷鲜渠道。该渠道的产品由于有更高的经济附加值而拥有更高的利润空间。具体而言，公司通过将活禽产品销往活禽批发市场，冷鲜产品通过在商超开辟冷鲜专柜、网上销售及直营门店的方式向终端客户提供产品，并以此获得收入、利润和现金流。公司大力发展“公司+基地+农户”的运营模式，即通过养殖户代养和自有标准养殖基地养殖。公司通过“五统一分散”的运作模式，“五统”即：统一供应禽苗、统一供应饲料、统一供应疫苗药品与养殖设备、统一技术服务、统一产品销售；“一分散”即分散养殖。该形式带动周边地区家禽养殖，以科学的管理技术及养殖流程与基地养殖、养殖户养殖的经验紧密结合，在权责明确、保证产品质量、控制成本的前提下，实现多方共赢，为建设社会主义新农村做出贡献。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
