Company Introduction 公司主要从事半导体光电产品的研发、生产和销售业务，主要产品为LED外延片及芯片、砷化镓太阳能电池产品、VCSEL产品。公司专注于高亮度四元系红、黄光LED外延片、芯片及三结砷化镓太阳电池外延片的研发生产,掌握了四元系红、黄光LED外延片、芯片生产的核心技术。公司四元系红光LED芯片产品主要技术指标处于国内领先水平，部分达到国际先进水平,具有较高的性价比,是国内仅有的几家初步具备LED外延片和芯片工业化生产能力的企业之一,是目前国内四元系红、黄光LED芯片产销量最大的企业之一。在三结砷化镓太阳能电池外延片的领域,公司拥有完全自主研发的MOCVD技术，截止2010年底，公司是国内最大的能够批量生产三结砷化镓太阳能电池外延片的企业之一。 公司拥有国家企业技术中心、国家博士后科研工作站、微纳光电子材料与器件教育部工程研究中心半导体光源工程化基地、微纳光电子材料与器件教育部工程研究中心高效太阳能电池工程化基地等研发平台。此外，公司积极构建与产业链上下游企业以及国内高等院校和科研机构的紧密合作关系，深入进行技术交流与合作。 公司已自主研发和掌握了多项外延片及芯片的生长和制备的核心技术。依托行业经验丰富的研发团队，保有持续的研发投入，以市场为导向，稳步提升产品品质。报告期内，公司在技术研发和产品创新方面取得了显著成果，获得多项荣誉，如“一种发光二极管及其制备方法”获得第二十五届中国专利优秀奖，“RGB及MiniLED芯片”获得行家极光奖供应链榜单，“一种高转换效率及可靠性的直显式Mini-LED芯片”获评福建省电子信息新产品，“高光效高可靠性薄膜芯片及智能照明关键技术研发及产业化”获得厦门市科学技术进步奖二等奖，“一种高转换效率及可靠性的Mini-LED芯片”列入厦门市绿色低碳技术产品目录等。 公司注重研发技术成果保护，建立了完善的知识产权体系。报告期内，公司及全资子公司共有62项发明专利授权、12项实用新型授权、1项注册商标，同时新增申请80项发明专利、19项实用新型、1项外观设计，充分彰显了公司的技术实力和创新能力，为公司的持续发展奠定了坚实基础。
