公司成立于2001年，是一家以军民两用关键技术创新和产品研发为核心支撑的新型高科技上市企业。目前公司下辖15家子公司，已形成“军工装备”、“通信电子”“新一代综合电子信息（天融工程）”等三大业务体系和军工装备、5G射频、物联感知、行业大数据、数字海洋等五大业务板块：一、军工装备。发展新一代综合近程防御系统，包括低空近程立体防御装备、战场环境感知大数据系统、国防动员装备、智能边海防装备，同时开拓数字军营、5G军事应用及军品配套业务。二、5G射频。以研发和生产面向无线基础设施和智能终端市场所需射频芯片、器件、模块和材料为核心业务，可为4G/5G、WIFI、NBIOT等技术领域的用户提供包括旋磁铁氧体材料、各类隔离器/环形器、射频芯片/模组产品、先进封装材料等在内的多类产品。三、物联感知。围绕5G行业应用，用物联传感、边缘计算和先进通信技术赋能传统照明，推动“5G灯联网”的系列化产品概念并积极落地实践，为智慧园区、智慧城市提供解决方案和产品；围绕自然资源、生态环境保护、智慧交通等行业的物联感知需求，提供行业解决方案和综合传感器产品。四、行业大数据。聚焦国防动员潜力数据挖掘、交通战备大数据、低空空管空防数据服务、应急救援辅助决策、自然资源保护、环境保护治理等场景的大数据服务解决方案，为客户提供数据获取、数据挖掘、数据共享、数据应用等服务和产品。五、数字海洋。以海洋无人技术、海洋传感器技术、组网探测技术等产业化为支撑，全力推进“海洋智能感知大数据服务”，核心产品包括：水下无人自主航行器（AUV）系列、水下爬壁机器人、潜标、水面拦阻系统等海洋平台，水文参量传感器XBT/XCTD、多频段目标探测声呐等海洋传感器，为海洋环境多参数感知体系、立体海防体系提供数字化解决方案。公司拥有三个技术研究院、七个研发中心，围绕系统规划、智能微波、智能探测、超材料、大数据、微系统六大核心技术创新和产品研发，培养了比较专业的科研和工程化团队，已有各种专利1000多项，在技术预先研究、领先应用和技术产品化、工程化方面形成持续稳定的创新能力。公司产品广泛应用于陆、海、空、火箭军、战略支援部队及武警部队，是业内少数可以实现全军种覆盖的核心企业。
