Company Introduction 公司于2006年注册成立，注册资金为39186.666万元，公司总部位于山东省青岛胶州市李哥庄镇大沽河工业园。自成立至今一直专业从事陆上风电塔筒、海上风电塔筒及基础管桩、陆上风电锚栓等类型设备制造，凭借合理的生产基地布局、过硬的产品质量、完善的产品售后服务、良好的客户满意度迅速成长为国内最具规模的风电设备制造龙头企业之一。2016年11月25日成功在深圳证券交易所创业板上市，股票简称为：天能重工，股票代码为：300569。自上市后，公司产品成功实现转型升级，从陆上转到海上加快实现公司的“两海”（海上风电和海外风电）发展战略，同时，公司逐渐向下游新能源产业进行延伸。 青岛天能重工股份有限公司是国内知名的风电设备制造商，专业从事陆上风电塔筒、海上风电塔筒、海上风电基础（单桩、套笼、高桩承台）、陆上风电锚栓等风电设备的制造和销售，在风电设备制造细分行业排名前列。 2020年12月，珠海港控股集团有限公司成为公司控股股东，公司实际控制人变为珠海市国有资产监督管理委员会。珠海港集团为公司提供强大的资金后盾，将通过各种渠道，发挥珠海港控股集团金融优势、集中采购优势为企业赋能，帮助公司进一步做大做强。 公司已在山东青岛胶州、吉林白城大安、湖南郴州临武、云南玉溪华宁、新疆哈密、内蒙古兴安盟、吉林白城通榆等地分别建有7个陆上塔筒制造基地，在江苏响水、辽宁大连、广东汕尾建有3个海工设备制造基地，在青岛胶州建有1个风电锚栓制造基地。顺应国家三北地区平价大基地的趋势需要，公司将在内蒙古乌兰察布、内蒙古包头新建2个大兆瓦风机塔筒制造基地。已构建10个陆上风电设备基地+3个海上风电设备基地的战略布局。 公司已在山东、江苏、陕西、山西、内蒙古、吉林、青海等地投资、开发、建设、运营诸如风电场、光伏等新能源项目，未来将构建制造板块+新能源板块双轮驱动的业务模式。
