Company Introduction 欧普康视是一家专业于眼视光产品与服务的国家级高新技术企业，2000年由留美工程博士陶悦群创办，公司总部位于合肥高新技术开发区，占地73亩，建筑面积14万㎡，主要从事新产品的研发和生产。同时，公司在全国设有数百家控股子公司，从事产品销售和眼视光服务。 公司于2017年1月17日在深交所创业板挂牌，是国内上市的眼视光科技企业，多年排名中国医疗器械生产上市企业前列。公司是2022年度安徽省民营企业税收贡献50强和2021年度安徽省委、省政府授予的100家“安徽省优秀民营企业”之一。 2024年度营业收入18.14亿元，净利润5.72亿元，纳税2.6亿，2024年末企业净资产49.41亿。 公司主营业务包括视光与眼健康产品、视光与眼健康服务及生命健康产业投资。拥有角膜塑形镜等相关医疗器械注册证10张、发明专利授权23项、实用新型专利40项、外观设计专利17项、软件著作权20项。 产品方面：欧普康视正在实施全视光产品的发展战略，拥有以角膜塑形镜和巩膜镜为代表的全系列硬性接触镜产品以及全套硬镜护理产品；拥有离焦软性接触镜、离焦框架眼镜、复合控框架眼镜等其它近视防控视光产品；拥有解决视功能、干眼和视疲劳、老视与调节力减退等相关视光问题的产品及众多其它眼健康产品，已形成六大眼视光产品矩阵且在不断扩展丰富中，覆盖全年龄段人群的眼视光需求。 视光服务方面：公司下设“欧普眼视光”及“康视眼科”两大连锁视光服务品牌。其中，欧普眼视光专注于全龄段视觉健康，目前全国已经建成500+家连锁终端，致力于打造成为您身边的眼健康专家。康视眼科医院联盟由欧普康视控股和参股的眼科医院组成，提供眼病、眼视光、眼屈光等全面的眼健康诊疗服务，目前有二十多家成员医院，分布在安徽、江苏、辽宁、山东等区域。同时，公司依托旗下眼视光技术培训学校，积极扩充与视光专业的校企合作，储备视光人才。建司以来累计培训26000人次以上，开设9所区域分校，和24所高校实行双轨制校企合作育人模式。 产业投资方面：在自主研发新产品之外,公司通过自主研发、委托开发、合作开发、投资并购产业基金等方式扩大产品与技术范围，已投资汇鼎光学、杭州目乐等30余家生命健康领域的研发生产企业，并建立了“科大硅谷大健康创新单元”和“侨梦苑医疗器械创新基地”，以提供试制平台、临床试验和注册申报指导、资金和销售渠道支持等方式孵化新产品，储备后续发展的动力。
