Company Introduction 欧普康视是一家专业于眼健康和近视防控技术与服务的高新技术企业，专注眼视光产品及相关配套产品的研发、生产、销售，以及眼视光服务，是国内首家上市的眼视光高新科技企业，业务包括“眼科及视光医疗器械（产品）”与“眼视光服务”二大板块，目前主要业务为角膜塑形镜等硬性接触镜类产品及配套护理产品的生产和销售，正在向“全面的眼视光产品研发制造及专业的眼视光服务企业”发展。公司目前的主要产品是角膜塑形镜及其护理产品，用于视力矫正和近视控制。角膜塑形镜根据用户的角膜几何形状和屈光度个性化设计制作，通过暂时性的改变角膜形态达到暂时性降低近视度数的效果，用户可以睡觉时配戴，起床后摘下，整个白天裸眼视力清晰。临床研究表明，长期配戴角膜塑形镜可以减少或消除旁中心远视离焦，减缓眼轴的增长，从而显著减缓近视度数的加深。角膜塑形镜已被列入国家卫健委2018年6月发布的《近视防控指南》和2019年10月发布（2021年10月更新）《儿童青少年近视防控适宜技术指南》，受到眼科专家和用户的认可。公司是目前国内及全球领先的角膜塑性镜研发与生产企业。拥有“梦戴维”和“DreamVision”二个塑形镜品牌。其中，梦戴维品牌角膜塑形镜已应用十八年，用户约190万，在这类产品中具有较高的知名度，DreamVision产品则具有智能化、个性化等特点，技术上独具一格。公司采用经销、直销、直营相结合的模式。在经销渠道方面，公司拥有一批已取得医疗器械经营许可证的经销商，授权他们向某个特定区域，或某些眼视光服务机构销售公司的产品；对于一些民营医院和公司（及子公司）所在区域的非民营医院，公司或子公司将产品直接销往医院；同时，公司拥有控股和参股的视光服务终端360多家，这些服务终端从事全面的视光技术服务和全视光产品销售，包括公司自研自产的产品。公司为客户（经销商和视光服务机构）提供技术培训、规范经营培训、验配技术支持、规范性督查、产品售后服务、安全风险防范协助等专业化服务。公司主营产品角膜塑形镜为个性化定制，客户通过公司自主开发的订单信息管理系统下达订单，该系统还包含产品的设计、生产、质检、物流，客户下单、订单审核、生产计划、加工、检验、发货完全在信息系统完成，实现了过程全追溯管理。
