Company Introduction 公司系专注于移动智能终端产业链的软件外包服务提供商，属于软件与信息服务外包企业，主营业务为移动智能终端产业链相关的软件外包服务、软件研发和销售。公司主营业务报告期内未发生重大变化。 根据工业和信息化部定义，软件与信息服务外包企业是指向客户提供信息技术外包（ITO）服务和基于信息技术的业务流程外包（BPO）服务的企业。公司业务的服务内容包含上述两类服务，以ITO为主。 公司业务包括软件技术人员劳务输出业务、软件定制服务、软硬件产品的开发和销售。公司业务涵盖了移动智能终端的整个产业链，为国际、国内领先的厂商提供核心的操作系统、中间件、应用软件开发相关的软件外包服务，涵盖咨询、设计、开发、测试和技术支持等环节。 2013年8月13日，诚迈科技（南京）有限公司董事会作出决议，决定由全体股东作为发起人，以截至2013年5月31日经天衡会计师事务所有限公司天衡审字[2013]01192号《审计报告》审计确认的公司净资产值109,538,616.38元按1:0.5478的比例折合为股份有限公司的股份总额60,000,000股，余额49,538,616.38元计入资本公积。公司各股东的持股比例不变。 2013年9月30日，公司在南京市工商行政管理局办理了工商变更登记手续，领取了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：320100400035425）。
