Company Introduction 寒锐有限成立于1997年5月12日，系发行人前身，由梁建坤和王化庚共同出资设立，注册资本68万元，其中梁建坤以货币出资6万，实物出资52万，合计出资58万元，占注册资本的85.29%。 公司主要从事金属钴粉及其他钴产品的研发、生产和销售，是具有自主研发和创新能力的高新技术企业。公司钴粉产品除了国内销售外，还出口国外市场，公司已经成为中国和世界钴粉产品的主要供应商之一。 公司一直以来专注于钴粉技术的研发和生产，自主研发和创新能力的较强，截至2023年6月30日，公司共拥有84项专利，全部与公司主营产品相关，包括发明专利37 项、实用新型专利46 项和外观设计专利1项。公司已经掌握了各型号钴粉、钴盐、四氧化三钴等产品的核心技术，产品质量达到世界先进水平，可以满足不同客户在不同行业中对钴产品质量和性能的要求。公司凭借多年的技术积累，正在进行如废旧锂电池回收技术、前驱体合成技术、新型电解钴、电池正极材料等领域的多种新技术、新工艺和新产品的研发，以保持公司的技术领先优势。
