Company Introduction 公司前身光库有限成立于2000年11月9日。2015年2月16日，光库有限召开董事会，同意光库有限整体变更设立为珠海光库科技股份有限公司。根据大华所出具的《审计报告》（大华审字[2015]001604号），光库有限以2014年12月31日经审计账面净资产86,818,139.75元为基础，折合为公司股份6,000万股，余额26,818,139.75元计入资本公积。2015年4月16日，公司取得了广东省商务厅《关于合资企业光库通讯（珠海）有限公司转制为外商投资股份有限公司的批复》（粤商务资字[2015]138号），并于2015年4月24日换领了《中华人民共和国台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》（商外资粤股份证字[2014]0003号）。2015年5月8日，珠海市工商行政管理局核准了股份公司的变更设立登记申请，并换发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号440400400024750）。2016年8月4日，公司换领了《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码91440400725466481C）。 公司是专业从事光纤器件的设计、研发、生产、销售及服务的高新技术企业。公司主要产品为光纤激光器件和光通讯器件，按照功能可以分为隔离器、合束器、波分复用器、分束/耦合器等，所在行业属于国家鼓励和扶持的光电子器件及其他电子器件制造业，产品主要应用于光纤激光器、光通讯等重要领域。 公司系高新技术企业，建有广东省光电器件工程技术研究中心、广东省院士专家企业工作站、博士后科研工作站分站。公司多款光纤激光器件、光通讯器件代表了光纤器件技术的较高水平，如：公司提供了“嫦娥三号”登月项目中激光三维成像敏感器内所用的光无源器件，用于搭建太空用光纤激光器，判断落月地点是否合适，为成功落月提供了重要保障；公司自主研发能用于海底光网络的高可靠性光无源器件，使公司成为全球少数能提供该类器件的厂商之一；公司自主研发的50W/100W隔离器，具有高可靠性、高隔离度，并可根据客户需求定制，是高功率光纤激光器的核心器件，已被国内外著名光纤激光器厂商广泛采用；公司研发的特种波无源器件如2μm 器件、可见光（红绿光）器件，可用于光纤激光器、医疗设备等领域，达到国际先进水平。
