Company Introduction 上海华测导航技术股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）系由上海华测导航技术有限公司整体变更设立。公司注册资本为人民币8940万元；法定代表人为赵延平，企业法人营业执照注册号为91310000754343M9G，注册地址为上海市青浦区徐泾镇高泾路599号C座。公司前身为上海华测导航技术有限公司，成立于2003年9月12日。2015年1月5日，华测有限召开创立大会，同意公司以2014年10月31日经审计的净资产值122,553,535.80元按照1:0.6977的比例折成股本8,550万股，整体变更设立华测导航。 2015年1月16日，华测导航取得了上海市工商行政管理局核发的注册号为310114000788434的《企业法人营业执照》，公司注册资本为8,550万元人民币。 上海华测导航技术股份有限公司创建于2003年，公司始终聚焦高精度导航定位相关的核心技术及其产品与解决方案的研发、制造、集成和产业化应用，不断拓展至多行业领域，为各行业客户提供高精度定位装备和系统解决方案，是国内高精度卫星导航定位产业的领先企业之一。 公司秉承“用精准时空信息构建智能世界”的愿景，围绕高精度导航定位技术核心，逐步构建起高精度定位芯片技术平台、全球星地一体增强网络服务平台两大核心技术护城河，实现公司各类高精度定位导航智能装备和系统解决方案在建筑与基建、地理空间信息、资源与公共事业、机器人与自动驾驶等领域的产品竞争力。 公司注重打造技术竞争力，坚持走创新驱动的发展道路，高度重视硬核技术的研究和开发，迄今荣获国家技术发明奖1项，国家科技进步奖3项，上海市科技进步奖7项，拥有已授权自主知识产权700余项，是国家企业技术中心，设有国家模范院士专家工作站，公司被认定为“工信部工业企业知识产权运用试点企业”、“工信部制造业单项冠军企业”等，并建立了上海市北斗智能网络与装备技术创新中心。迄今，公司荣获了“全国五一劳动奖状”1次，公司参与的项目收获了卫星导航定位科技进步奖特等奖1项、二等奖1项，卫星导航定位创新应用奖白金奖1项。公司还承接了国家发改委北斗产业化重大工程关键核心技术产品攻关项目《北斗三号工业级高集成度增强SoC芯片技术攻关及产业化工程》等。
