Company Introduction 公司设立以来一直专注于复合材料的研发、生产、销售和服务。公司报告期内主营业务、主要产品或服务和主要经营模式均未发生变化。 公司是一家集复合材料产品研发、设计、生产、销售和服务于一体的现代化高新技术企业。主要产品涵盖大型非金属模具加工领域、风电领域、工程和农用机械领域、游艇及船舶领域、轨道交通及公共交通领域等。 公司共拥有国家专利(含子公司）150项，其中发明专利25项，实用新型专利125项，参与起草国家标准3项。其中报告期内，公司新增25项专利，其中3项发明专利，22项实用新型专利。截至报告期末，根据《高新技术企业认定管理办法》（国科发火[2008]172号）和《高新技术企业认定管理工作指引》（国科发火[2008]362号）的有关规定，公司于2022年12月12日收到通过高新技术企业复审，证书编号：GR202237006204。2021年11月30日，公司盐城子公司获得江苏省认定管理机构的高新技术企业认定，证书编号为GR202132010819。双一游艇被认定为山东省创新型中小企业、市级“专精特新”中小企业。 公司被山东省发改委认定为山东省工程实验室；被山东省工信厅授予山东省高端制造业领军企业；被山东省工信厅授予山东省制造业单项冠军企业。另外，公司拥有省级企业技术中心、省级工业设计中心等一系列研发平台，自主研发了分体风力发电叶片模具、全复合材料客车车身、热压罐成型工艺、风电叶片根、汽车车身轻量化碳纤维复合材料部件等高新技术产品等。目前，公司已形成了生产一代、储备一代、研制一代的自主创新体系，既有当前MW级风电复合材料部件、大型非金属精密模具等多个高新技术产品，又拥有汽车车身轻量化碳纤维复合材料部件、全复合材料客车车身等即将形成产业化的储备产品，还有HP-RTM工艺的汽车零部件等后续研发产品。
