| Company Introduction | 公司前身广哈有限原名广州哈里斯通信有限公司，成立于1995年4月8日。2011年11月22日，经广哈有限股东会审议通过，以截至2011年9月30日经审计的净资产78,768,263.90元为基础，折为公司股份50,000,000股，公司整体变更设立为股份有限公司。2011年12月30日，公司在广州市工商局注册登记并领取了《企业法人营业执照》。截至本招股意向书签署之日，公司注册资本为108,095,954.00元，法定代表人为黄文胜。公司主要从事数字与多媒体指挥调度系统及相关产品的研发、生产、销售与服务。公司坚持技术创新为引领的企业战略，并致力于管理创新和营销创新，经过二十多年的发展，全面掌握了信息通信核心技术，主要向电力、国防、铁路、石油石化等行业提供包括通信交换、传输处理、智能化信息、无线接入、嵌入系统、云计算分发、高清可视化通信、IP终端、安全智能化接入等功能的指挥调度系统及相关产品与服务。目前，公司已成为国家电网、南方电网或其下属企业及国防领域指挥调度通信系统的主要供应商，向五大发电集团、三峡集团、中核、中广核，或其下属分支机构等知名电力行业客户提供指挥调度通信系统，并于2014年通过了CRCC认证，获得了进入铁路调度领域的资质，在指挥调度系统行业内形成了较高的品牌知名度和竞争优势。 公司自成立以来，一直专注于核心竞争优势的建设，坚持以市场为导向，技术创新为引领，走自主品牌发展之路。公司每年持续研发投入超过营业收入的10%，拥有信息交换与控制平台、服务应用平台、可视化可扩展的终端等多项核心技术，使公司始终在国内指挥调度领域占据领先地位 。报告期内，公司新增9项发明专利授权、3项实用新型授权、5项外观专利授权、31项软件著作权。截至报告期末，公司累计获授权且在有效期内的自主知识产权共191项，包括：36项发明专利、18项实用新型专利、17项外观专利、120项软件著作权。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
