Company Introduction 泰有限的前身康泰微电子是由费国超和胡坤各出资25万元共同投资设立，主要从事高技术产品的开发、生产和销售。本公司系由秦皇岛市康泰医学系统有限公司依法整体变更设立。2014年6月11日，公司全体发起人签署了《发起人协议》，各发起人同意以经瑞华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）出具的“瑞华专审字[2014]01510009号”《审计报告》审计的截至2014年2月28日有限公司账面净资产人民币176,736,138.22元，按1.77:1（约数）的比例折合为股份公司股本总额100,000,000.00元，股份公司发行股份共计100,000,000.00股（每股面值1元），注册资本为100,000,000.00元，折股净资产超过注册资本的部分76,736,138.22元作为公司资本公积金。2014年7月11日，公司依法办理了股份公司设立登记手续，并领取了由秦皇岛市工商行政管理局核发的注册号为130301000001295的《营业执照》。 公司属于医疗器械行业，是一家专业从事医疗诊断、监护设备的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业。公司自设立以来始终致力于医疗诊断、监护设备的研发、生产和销售，产品涵盖血氧类、心电类、超声类、监护类、血压类等多个大类，建立了完善的研发、生产和销售体系。公司产品凭借良好的性能和较高的品牌知名度，已经累计销售至全球130多个国家和地区。 公司产品涵盖血氧类、心电类、超声类、监护类、血压类等多个大类，广泛用于各级医院、门诊部、社区卫生服务中心、村卫生室、体检中心、养老机构、家庭个人、企事业单位等多个场合。其中，血氧类、心电类、超声类、血压类产品根据具体产品类别既可用于医疗机构,也可用于家庭个人、企事业单位等场合;监护类产品则一般用于医疗机构。 报告期内，公司的主营业务和主要产品未发生重大变化。
