Company Introduction 公司主要从事烘焙食品原料及冷冻烘焙食品的研发、生产和销售。公司主要产品包括奶油、水果制品、酱料、巧克力等烘焙食品原料和冷冻烘焙半成品及成品，此外还生产部分休闲食品。公司产品类型众多，规格多样，截至2020年6月底，公司奶油、水果制品、酱料和冷冻烘焙食品的品规分别达到32种、241种、69种和187种，能够充分满足下游不同类型客户的多产品、多规格的一站式采购消费需求，提高了客户的使用便利性。由于产品的不断丰富，公司终端客户也从最初的烘焙门店发展到目前的烘焙门店、饮品店、餐饮、商超和便利店。 公司围绕全国烘焙消费的主要市场进行了产能布局。目前，公司已在华南的佛山三水、广州增城和南沙，华东的浙江长兴等地先后投资建立了四个生产基地，并拟启动华北的河南卫辉生产基地的建设。截至2020年6月底，公司已经拥有19条烘焙食品原料和22条冷冻烘焙食品自动化生产线，2019年产量近9万吨，销售收入达到15.83亿元。公司通过全国性的生产基地布局，能够有效满足客户对烘焙产品及时性的要求，提高运营效率，降低物流成本。 公司建设了广泛而深入的营销网络，拥有多元化的销售渠道。截至2020年6月底，公司销售人员达到871人，营销网络遍布我国除港澳台外全部省、直辖市、自治区，深入351个城市，与公司合作的经销商超过1,500家，直销客户超过300家，服务的终端客户超过5万家。不仅如此，公司还建立了覆盖烘焙店、饮品店、商超、餐饮、便利店等多样化的销售渠道，产品已进入幸福西饼、味多美、好利来、面包新语、一鸣股份等知名连锁烘焙店，沃尔玛/山姆会员店、盒马生鲜、永辉超市、家乐福、华润万家等大型商超，以及海底捞、豪客来、希尔顿欢朋酒店、乐凯撒披萨等连锁餐饮品牌，多元化的渠道丰富了公司产品的市场空间，实现渠道与产品的双轮驱动。 公司具有雄厚的技术研发实力，其中立高食品及广州昊道均为国家高新技术企业。截至2020年6月底，公司拥有技术研发人员112名，并建立了广东省烘焙添加剂及配料工程技术研究中心，形成了72项技术专利成果，其中6项发明专利，被评为2019年度国家知识产权优势企业，参与制订《植脂奶油》、《焙烤食品冷冻面团》等质量标准，参与的“蛋白乳浊体系稳定化及高品质乳制品产业化关键技术”研发项目获得2018年广东省科技进步一等奖，蛋黄酥、含乳脂植脂奶油、果溶等产品先后获得国内外多项奖项。 同时，公司还具备持续为终端客户定制化研发终端产品方案的技术能力，报告期内先后为客户推出了美芝芝乳酪蛋糕、果立方水果蛋糕、天使白面包等终端产品应用方案，为客户打造多种口味甜甜圈、特色流心芝士挞和蛋黄酥等定制化热销产品，同时匹配营销方案，带动了公司相关产品的迅速增长。
