Company Introduction 公司前身为“上海正轶建筑设计股份有限公司”原名为上海强生建筑工程设计有限公司，成立于2004年1月6日，由缪鑫一、熊耀、张顺涛、顾旖萍、陆大宰、陈嘉赟、上海强生房地产开发经营公司、上海强生装潢工程有限公司以货币出资的方式共同出资组建。 2016年3月18日，经公司股东会决议通过，由有限公司整体变更为股份有限公司。以上海正轶建筑设计有限公司经审计后基准日为2015年12月31日的经审计的净资产折合为2,200.00万股，每股面值1.00元，注册资本2,200.00万元。此次股份制改制业经大华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）于2016年4月2日出具大华验字[2016]000249号验资报告予以验证。公司于2016年4月13日办理了工商登记手续，并领取了社会信用代码为91310110757926286X号的《营业执照》。 公司主要从事建筑设计业务的研发、咨询与技术服务。公司以方案设计为轴心，聚焦于概念设计、方案设计、初步设计等建筑设计的前端各环节；并根据下游客户需求，提供包括施工图设计及施工配合在内的一体化建筑设计解决方案。公司业务范围涵盖居住建筑、公共建筑及功能混合型社区等领域。 公司拥有建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级资质，子公司尤安建筑拥有建筑设计事务所甲级资质。公司是上海市科学技术委员会、上海市财政局、国家税务总局上海市税务局联合认定的高新技术企业，被上海市绿色建筑协会评为上海市绿色建筑设计单位。公司设计作品曾荣获“全国勘察设计行业优秀勘察设计奖-一等奖”、“上海市建筑学会建筑创作奖-优秀奖”、“上海市优秀工程勘察设计奖-一等奖”、“中国房地产优秀品牌项目”、“全国人居生态建筑金奖”、“REARD 全球地产设计大奖-金奖”等多个国家与行业颁发的重要奖项。 作为国内建筑方案设计的优势企业，公司以“让设计和生活充满想象力”和“基于理性主义的精细化”为企业价值观和核心设计理念。一方面，公司倡导在设计中充分激发设计师灵感，发挥设计师个体的创意创新能力。同时，借助自身规模优势，通过建立独特的体系化设计流程和不断加强创意创新人才的梯队建设，实现从核心设计师个体创意创新能力的充分发挥到公司创意创新整体性输出的过渡，形成高品质的“集体创意创新”稳定、持续的输出。另一方面，公司在丰富的项目经验积累的基础上，形成深厚的技术创新和艺术创意积淀，以及成熟的设计品控管理模式，保证稳定的风格化、精细化创意创新输出，最终实现创意创新的最佳呈现，提升建筑整体价值。
