| Company Introduction | 江苏博云塑业股份有限公司于2006年投资兴建，座落于江苏张家港市锦丰镇星宇西路1号。公司产品覆盖汽车、电子电器、健康家居、电动工具等应用领域。2009年公司与南京工业大学联合建立江苏省研究生工作站，2010年进军海外市场，2013年注册新加坡公司，创办马来西亚工厂。公司严格按照业应用标准和顾客要求组织生产，着力于生产工艺、技术资源和研发能力的发展和突破。现申请授权发明专利十三项，企业标准二项，省高新技术产品十四项，注册商标二十二项。公司连续两年被张家港扬子江冶金工业园评为“科技创新先进企业”;2010年被评为江苏省高新技术企业:2012年被评为江苏省科技术创业优秀民营企业;同年荣获苏州市高分子聚酷材料工程技术研究中心；2013-2014年荣获“江苏省企业信用管理贯标证书”、被苏州市人民政府认定“企业技术中心”，2015年荣获“国家火炬计划产业化示范项目”，2016-2017年荣获“江苏省功能高分子聚酯材料工程技术研究中心”、“苏州市科学技术奖”“江苏省著名商标”等荣誉称号。 博云塑业研发、检测设备齐全，具备塑料的力学性能、老化性能、燃烧性能、电性能、热性能等物理化学性能的检测。目前研发测试中心拥有万能材料试验机、摆锤冲击试验机、扫描电镜、动态热机械分析仪、偏光显微镜、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪热变形维卡温度测定仪、乌氏粘数仪、氙灯老化仪、色差仪等60余台高精尖检测设备固定资产壹千多万元，拥有高层次实验室检测工程师。2018年8月测试中心通过了中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)的实验室认可。公司获得北京联合智业认证公司颁发的IS014001环境管理体系认证证书、IS045001职业健康安全管理体系认证证书，多项产品获得美国SGS公司认证，符合FDA、ROHS、UL等国际标准。2012年公司获得德国莱茵公司颁发的TS16949汽车行业质量管理体系证书，证书转版后于2018年获得IATF16949体系证书。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
