Company Introduction 超捷紧固系统（上海）股份有限公司（以下简称“超捷股份”或公司）创立于2001年，集研发、生产、销售为一体的高新技术企业，被评为上海市嘉定区科技小巨人企业。致力于汽车发动机涡轮增压系统连接件，高强度、高精密紧固件，非标异型件等产的研究和开发，广泛用于汽车涡轮增压、底盘、车灯、后视镜、变速箱、内饰等汽车系统零部件连接、调节与紧固的应用。包括电子、通讯、家用电器、工业电机和其它领域涉及的顾客需求订制的螺钉、螺栓、自攻螺钉以及非标异形紧固件。产品主要供给国内外知名汽车零件一级供应商，如博世、麦格纳、卡斯马、德韧、ECS、菱重、博马科技、富奥石川岛等，终端OEM为GM、VW、Ford、长城、蔚来等中外著名企业。研发及试验配备齐全，具有行业内专业的试验能力及开发经验，为顾客提供优质的连接与紧固方案的技术支持与产品服务。 技术创新是企业竞争力的源泉，公司以不断的技术创新促进企业的发展，坚持面向市场搞开发，以适应不断变化的客户需求；坚持依靠自身搞开发，以形成自己的知识产权；坚持进行产品的梯队化开发，以奠定公司长远发展的基础。公司满足全套连接件与高强度紧固件的测试开发项目，公司实验室拥有国内外先进测试设备，卧式多功能螺纹紧固件分析系统（德国）、材料光谱分析仪（日本）、三丰圆柱度仪（日本）、微机万能试验机、RoHs分析仪（日本）、盐试试验机、高低温交变试验机、X-射线荧光测试仪（德国）、轮廓仪等，为研发项目的各项开发测试提供支持。 公司于2013年建成技术研发中心，引进国际先进设备，汇聚技术英才，成立了超捷技术研发中心。公司技术中心是将科技创新成果转化为生产力的重要环节。在科技成果的产业化进程中，试制试验室承担了繁重的工作任务，发现反馈研发设计问题，完善样机方案，使得产品、技术不断改进，提高技术、质量水平。公司在硬件创新上主要表现为研发设计同国内类似产品不同的机构，达到降低成产成本、提高产品质量的作用。公司更为已有生产线进行硬件技术改造，以起到提高成品率、生产效率等作用。
