Company Introduction 1993年2月1日，武进县外商投资管理委员会审批同意武进县空调冷冻设备厂提交的《武进县中外合资合作经营企业项目建议书审批表》（武外资委资（1993）第046号），同意武进县空调冷冻设备厂与常润实业公司（SHUENGYUENIND.CO.,）合资设立“常州晶雪冷冻设备有限公司（暂定）”1993年2月27日，晶雪有限在常州工商局办理了注册登记手续，领取了国家工商局颁发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：工商企合苏常字第00763号），注册资本50万美元，企业类型为中外合资经营。 2016年6月20日，晶雪有限召开董事会，审议通过了关于晶雪有限整体变更为外商投资股份有限公司的决议，同意由晶雪有限全体股东为发起人，以经天衡会计师事务所审计的截至2016年3月31日的净资产346,721,407.25元为基准，按照1：0.2336的折股比例折合为江苏晶雪节能科技股份有限公司8,100.00万元股本。同日，晶雪有限全体股东签署《发起人协议》。2016年9月26日，公司取得常州市工商行政管理局换发的统一社会信用代码为91320412608119552R的《营业执照》，注册资本和实收资本为8,100.00万元。 公司是一家专注于冷库围护系统节能隔热保温材料（金属面节能隔热保温夹芯板及配套产品）研发、设计、生产和销售的高新技术企业。同时公司积极涉足工业建筑围护系统节能隔热保温材料制造领域。公司具有冷库围护系统的设计、生产、安装和维护一体化全方位服务能力，是国内知名的冷库节能围护系统整体解决方案提供商。公司“晶雪”商标经国家工商行政管理总局商标局认定为驰名商标。 公司长期从事于冷库和工业建筑围护系统节能隔热保温材料的研发、设计、生产和销售，经过持续的技术改进、新产品开发和市场拓展，实现了主营业务的健康发展，报告期内，公司主营业务、主要产品均未发生重大变化。公司主要产品为冷库和工业建筑围护系统节能隔热保温材料，具体分为金属面节能隔热保温夹芯板和冷库门、工业建筑门、升降平台等配套产品，其中金属面节能隔热保温夹芯板是公司的主要产品。 公司主要为冷链物流、食品加工、商场超市、酒店及航空配餐、生物制药、精细化工、精密电子等行业提供相关围护系统解决方案，并与冷库制冷系统、控制管理系统等组成冷库系统和工业建筑节能厂房系统，用于需要恒温环境的果蔬食品、药品疫苗、精密电子等商品的生产、储存和物流。公司自主研发能适应高温、严寒、恶劣气候的高端产品成功应用到“中国飞机强度研究所302号气候环境测试实验室”和“巴西费拉兹南极科考站外包络围护系统”等高标准严要求的重大建设项目上。2020年初，公司金属面节能隔热保温夹芯板产品应用在为应对新冠疫情而新建武汉雷神山医院项目和改造扩建北京小汤山医院项目中。
