Company Introduction 公司是专业的高效节能电气机械制造厂商，专注于新型节能材料在电力和电子领域的应用，主要从事节能电力变压器、铁心、非晶及纳米晶磁性电子元器件三大系列产品的研发、生产与销售，主要产品包括节能型SBH15非晶合金变压器、节能型S13/S14硅钢变压器、非晶铁心、硅钢铁心、非晶辊剪带材、非晶磁芯、纳米晶磁芯和相关器件。 1993年5月3日，泰县计划委员会作出《泰县计划委员会关于同意建立泰县扬动物资公司的批复》（泰计[1993]495号），同意设立泰县扬动物资公司，企业性质为集体企业。1994年1月5日，泰县工商行政管理局向泰县扬动核发注册号为14079778-6的《企业法人营业执照》。1994年10月，经姜堰市工商行政管理局核准，泰县扬动更名为姜堰市扬动物资公司。1996年7月，经姜堰市工商行政管理局核准，扬动物资更名为姜堰市扬动机电实业公司。2019年5月26日，扬动电气召开股东会并作出决议，同意由扬动电气全体股东作为发起人，以扬动电气截至2019年4月30日经审计的净资产27,248.82万元为基数，按1：0.2202的折股比例折为股份公司股本6,000.00万元，每股面值1.00元，整体变更为股份有限公司，各股东持股比例不变，变更完成后公司名称为“江苏扬电科技股份有限公司”。2019年6月6日，泰州市行政审批局办结了本次整体变更的工商变更登记手续，公司取得统一社会信用代码为91321204140797736U的《营业执照》。
