Company Introduction 本公司前身能辉有限于2009年2月24日经上海市工商行政管理局核准注册成立，设立时的注册资本为500.00万元，法定代表人为傅丽莉，其中名义股东傅丽莉认缴出资人民币495.00万元，占注册资本的99.00%；名义股东郭本成认缴出资人民币5.00万元，占注册资本的1.00%。2015年8月19日，能辉有限股东会通过决议，同意将公司整体变更为股份有限公司。同日，能辉有限全体股东签署了《发起人协议》。2015年8月20日，能辉科技召开创立大会，全体发起人同意将截至2015年7月31日经审计的净资产折合为股本8,000万股，净资产额超过股本部分计入资本公积。2015年9月23日，本次整体变更经上海市工商行政管理局核准，上海市工商行政管理局向公司核发了新的《营业执照》（注册号：310115001112387）。 公司是一家以光伏电站设计、系统集成及投资运营一站式服务为主体，并开展垃圾热解气化、储能等新兴技术研发和应用业务的新能源技术服务商。公司把握我国光伏发电行业快速发展机遇，依托丰富的项目设计经验，在电站系统设计、支架设计开发、电站配电系统优化、分布式光伏整体技术方案及电站运维领域形成了系列核心技术，并通过多年电站投资运营及系统集成业务的实践经验积累，进一步优化和完善相关设计和系统集成技术方案，从而有效提升客户电站发电效率、降低投资成本，持续强化公司核心竞争力。2017年至今，公司已完成约1.55GW的光伏电站设计、系统集成及投资运营业务。 近年来，公司对新能源技术持续进行前瞻性布局，不断加大在垃圾热解气化、储能等新兴技术领域的研发投入。在垃圾热解气化领域，公司自主研发的垃圾热解气化工艺及智能控制系统已应用于西藏生活垃圾减量化处理试点项目——比如县、班戈县垃圾高温热解项目；储能领域，公司在能量管理系统、储能系统防护及移动储能方面已形成一系列技术储备，为储能业务拓展打下基础。 公司凭借专业高效的发电设计及系统集成方案，承接了贵州省第一个光伏电站项目——威宁县平箐光伏电站项目、贵州省第一个农光互补光伏电站项目——威宁县么站60MWp农业光伏电站项目，同时积累了国家电力投资集团有限公司、中国电力建设集团有限公司、广州发展集团股份有限公司、中国能源建设集团有限公司、中国广核集团有限公司、国家能源投资集团有限责任公司、北京控股集团有限公司相关下属企业等优质客户群体。
