公司是一家专注于湿巾类产品研发、生产与销售的专业制造商。经过二十多年的发展，公司在湿巾产品的研发和生产等方面拥有深厚的技术积累和行业经验。公司湿巾产品涵盖婴儿系列、成人功能系列、抗菌消毒系列、家庭清洁系列、医用护理系列和宠物清洁系列等六大系列60多个品种。公司主要采取ODM/OEM的模式为利洁时集团、Woolworths、强生公司、欧莱雅集团、宝洁公司、3M、贝亲等世界知名企业生产湿巾类产品。同时，公司为满足客户需求，亦生产部分面膜类产品。公司在高端湿巾领域深耕多年，凭借深厚的研发实力，丰富的湿巾产品生产经验以及优质的全球客户资源，逐步成长为国内领先的湿巾类产品专业制造商。截至本招股意向书签署日，公司拥有4项发明专利、22项实用新型专利和2项外观设计专利。公司参与制定了中华人民共和国国家标准——《湿巾GB/T 27728-2011》，并参与了该标准的后续修订。公司独立承担了安徽省地方标准《抗菌擦拭布（DB 34/T 1294-2010）》的起草工作。公司为国家高新技术企业，技术研发中心被认定为“省认定企业技术中心”、“安徽省清洁消毒用品工程技术研究中心”。近年来，公司产品的销售规模和出口排名在同行业公司中位居前列。根据中国造纸业协会生活用纸专业委员会的统计数据，2015至2017年，公司位列全国湿巾出口量排名第2位、第3位、第3位。2017年至2019年，公司位列全国擦拭巾/湿巾生产商和品牌（主要按销售额综合排序）第3位、第5位、第5位。公司秉承“诚信、和谐、创新、卓越”的企业经营理念，通过多年潜心贯注于湿巾市场的开拓发展与经验积累，在技术研发、质量控制、客户资源、产品种类等各方面形成了自身显著的核心竞争优势。公司通过了美国食品药品监督管理局FDA注册认证、英国零售商协会BRC全球消费品标准认证、HALAL清真认证、美国环境保护署EPA注册认证、FSC森林管理体系认证、两化融合管理体系评定、环境管理体系（ISO14001）认证等。公司被安徽省科学技术厅等8部门联合认定为“安徽省创新型企业”。公司连续多年被评为铜陵市“地方企业50强”。公司研发的“酚类化合物多功能抗菌擦拭布”荣获安徽省人民政府颁发的“安徽省科学技术奖”。公司为澳大利亚客户Woolworths生产的Little One’s品牌湿巾，于2017年、2018年连续2年被澳大利亚知名评级机构Canstar Blue评为“消费者最满意奖”，2020年被澳大利亚知名网站Finder评为2020/2021年度“最佳婴儿湿巾品牌”。 2020年1月以来，新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球爆发，抗菌消毒等系列湿巾市场需求迅速增加，公司积极响应并迅速调整生产计划，全力满足卫生防疫用品的市场需求。2020年2月，公司入选安徽省第一批新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控重点保障企业名单。
