Company Introduction 满坤有限是由洪耿东和深圳满坤共同出资设立的有限责任公司。根据《吉安市满坤科技有限公司章程》的规定，满坤有限初始注册资本3,000万元，洪耿东认缴出资额2,400万元，占注册资本的80%；深圳满坤认缴出资额600万元，占注册资本的20%。2008年4月9日，洪耿东和深圳满坤分别以货币出资100万元和500万元，合计出资600万元，占注册资本的20%。本次出资于2008年4月9日经江西金庐陵会计师事务所有限公司审验，并出具《验资报告》（赣金庐陵验字[2008]第58号）。2008年4月9日，满坤有限取得吉安市工商行政管理局核发的360800210002846号《企业法人营业执照》。2018年10月11日，满坤有限召开股东会，审议通过满坤有限以2018年7月31日为基准日，按照经审计的净资产25,360.23万元折股，整体变更设立为股份有限公司并更名为吉安满坤科技股份有限公司，折股后股份公司的股本总额为10,000万股。2018年10月28日，满坤科技召开创立大会，审议通过了《公司章程》等与股份有限公司设立相关的议案。2018年11月7日，吉安市市场和质量监督管理局准予满坤科技本次变更登记。 公司自成立以来一直专注于印制电路板（Printed Circuit Board，简称PCB）的研发、生产和销售。公司主要产品为单/双面、多层高精密印制电路板，产品以刚性板为主，广泛应用于通信电子、消费电子、工控安防、汽车电子等领域。公司坚持自主研发，不断进行技术创新，持续优化和开发产品性能、改进技术和生产工艺等，能够对客户需求进行快速、优质的研发响应，并为客户提供具有高可靠性、长寿命、高品质等富有竞争力的产品。
