Company Introduction 公司的前身是北京国能日新系统控制技术有限公司，系由朱军、杨光、李小銮、傅尧、孟梅共同出资组建，于2008年2月2日取得北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局颁发的注册号为110108010792491的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本为人民币1,000.00万元。 2018年4月20日，国能有限全体股东签署了《发起人协议》，各方一致同意以有限公司截至2017年11月30日经审计的账面净资产值72,395,436.64元，按照1：0.7045的比例折股，将其中的51,000,000.00元人民币折合为股份公司股本，其余21,395,436.64元转入股份公司资本公积，整体变更设立股份公司。2018201820182018年5月18日，公司于北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局完成变更登记，取得统一社会信用代码号为911101086723891430的《营业执照》。 国能日新是服务于新能源行业的软件和信息技术服务提供商。公司致力于成为行业内领先的清洁能源管理专家，主要向新能源电站、发电集团和电网公司等新能源电力市场主体提供以新能源发电功率预测产品（包括预测系统及功率预测服务）为核心，以新能源并网智能控制系统、新能源电站智能运营系统、电网新能源管理系统为拓展的新能源信息化产品及相关服务。 随着人们环保意识的逐渐增强以及新能源发电技术的日益成熟，以风电、光伏发电为代表的新能源电站装机容量不断提升，新能源发电占电力系统发电总量的比重也呈现逐年上升的趋势。与传统能源相比，新能源具有可再生和无污染的优点。但是，由于风能和太阳能的间歇性和波动性特征，新能源发电的稳定性较差，发电电量较难预测，新能源电力的大规模集中并网会对电网的稳定运行产生较大的冲击。如何实现新能源电力的有序并网，提高电网对新能源电力的消纳能力，减少“弃风弃光”等资源浪费，已成为新能源发展中的一个重要问题。公司的新能源发电功率预测产品通过对新能源场站发电功率的精准预测，能有效帮助电网调度部门提前做好传统电力与新能源电力的调控计划，改善电力系统的调峰能力，增加新能源电力的并网容量，提高新能源电力的利用效率，在新能源电力管理方面发挥着重要作用。 基于在新能源管理方面的经验和技术积累，公司进一步研发了新能源并网智能控制系统、新能源电站智能运营系统和电网新能源管理系统等产品，实现了对新能源电站的一体化管理以及对输电环节的管理，满足了发电和输电环节各类客户的需求，强化了公司的市场地位。
