Company Introduction 工大科雅致力于“基于大数据及物联网智慧供热节能技术”的研发和应用，是河北工业大学国家级大学科技园的核心企业，是中国电子信息产业集团（央企）旗下企业。2022年8月8日在深交所创业板上市（股票代码301197），是A股首家专注于“智慧供热”的软件和信息技术服务行业上市公司，为热力行业节能减碳提供解决方案。 工大科雅是国家级高新技术企业、国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业、国家发改委/财政部备案的节能服务公司、河北省创新型企业、河北省科技小巨人企业，建设有博士后科研工作站、河北企业技术中心、河北省城镇集中供热智慧热网技术创新中心，是中国建筑节能协会副会长单位、中国城镇供热协会理事单位。 公司总部位于石家庄高新区，设有“工大科雅·河北工业大学（天津）技术研发中心”，并在北京、大连、唐山、乌鲁木齐等设立了全资子公司，在北方采暖区15个省（自治区、直辖市）设有省级事业部。 经过十余年的研发与应用实践，形成了“智慧供热全面解决方案（IntelligentHeatingSystemBasedonBigDataAnalytics,IHS系统）”，包括：面向政府应用的“省级智慧供热监管指挥平台及关键技术”“城市级智慧供热监管服务平台及关键技术”；面向企业应用的“集团级智慧供热调度指挥平台及关键技术”“企业级智慧供热监控平台及关键技术”。“工大科雅”智慧供热技术示范工程已覆盖北方集中供暖区15个省（自治区、直辖市），并在南方非传统集中供暖区域获得应用。在节能减碳、大气雾霾治理等方面，取得显著成效。 公司先后主编/参编国家标准2项，行业标准2项，北京市地方标准2项，河北省地方标准3项；获国家发明专利20项、软件著作权150余项，处于国内领先水平，“工大科雅”已成为供热节能领域的知名品牌。 公司以“智慧供热”（IHS系统）关键技术为优势，以总包交钥匙工程（EPC/PC）、投资运营服务（BOT）、供热托管运营（TOT）、合同能源管理（EMC）、数据托管服务（DMS）等模式，负责供热系统改造、节能运行管理、供热提质增效，实现节能减碳、提升经济效益，提高供热质量，保障供热安全，促进行业发展。
