| Company Introduction | 公司是一家专注于定制化节能铝包木窗研发、设计、生产及销售于一体的高新技术企业。公司在节能铝包木窗行业深耕多年，拥有较为完整的定制化生产线、完善的营销网络及服务体系。截至本招股意向书签署日，公司共拥有88项已获授权的专利，其中发明专利27项，实用新型专利55项，外观设计专利6项。 公司主要产品包括节能铝包木窗、幕墙及阳光房。节能铝包木窗主要应用于具有中高端需求的建筑外窗领域，公司通过提供定制化服务，在极力节能降耗的同时，满足不同客户的个性化需求。经过多年的发展，公司在节能铝包木窗领域积累了较强的品牌影响力和认知度，公司的销售区域也已经从最初的东北地区覆盖到全国多数省份地区。幕墙及阳光房是以实木作为主要承力结构、采用玻璃和铝包木框架搭建的全透明非传统建筑，该产品工艺流程与节能铝包木窗产品相近，具有较好的保温、隔热性能。 近年来，凭借成熟的生产工艺，雄厚的技术实力，日益完善的营销网络及质量管理优势，公司主营业务和经营业绩保持了良好的发展态势。报告期内，公司分别实现营业收入72,836.80万元、83,653.46万元和95,662.67万元，归属于母公司所有者的净利润7,586.28万元、12,701.69万元和12,845.12万元，具有较强的盈利能力。 经中国建筑金属结构协会钢木窗委员会、全国工商联家具装饰业商会认定，2017-2019年度，公司在铝包木窗生产规模、市场销售量上，连续三年在国内同类企业中排名第一。同时，公司还担任中国建筑节能协会被动式超低能耗绿色建筑创新联盟（CPBA）副理事长单位、中国建筑节能协会被动式建筑专业委员会常务理事单位（PHAChina）。2020年度，公司被黑龙江省工业和信息化厅评为“黑龙江省专精特新中小企业”；2021年1月，公司被黑龙江省工业和信息化厅确定为第一批“黑龙江省制造业‘隐形冠军’企业”。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
