Company Introduction 汉朔科技是一家以物联网无线通信技术为核心的高新技术企业，公司围绕零售门店数字化领域，构建了以电子价签系统、SaaS云平台服务等软硬件产品及服务为核心的业务体系。公司致力于成为全球领先的零售门店数字化解决方案提供商，为零售行业实现数字化转型升级提供助力。经过多年业务深耕，公司已在国内外形成较强的行业地位竞争优势。2021-2023年度，公司营业收入复合增长率达到52.99%。根据CINNO统计数据，2023年度公司在国内电子价签市场占有率约62%，根据公开披露数据，2021-2023年度公司电子价签收入规模亦在全球上市公司竞争对手中排名前三；公司在业内较早地实现国际化战略布局，目前已在美国、英国、法国、德国、荷兰、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡、日本、瑞典、加拿大、越南和波兰等国家设立下属公司，服务全球超过50个国家和地区的逾400家客户。基于自身在物联网无线通信领域深厚的技术积累，公司自主开发了抗干扰能力强、并发量大、低功耗的高密度低功耗蜂窝无线通信协议（即High-densityLowPowerCellularNetwork，以下简称“HiLPC协议”），并作为撰写人参与编写国家标准《物联网电子价签系统总体要求》中的电子价签部分。未来，公司将进一步拓展物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等创新技术在智慧零售、智慧办公、智能制造等领域的产业化应用，持续为传统产业的数字化转型升级赋能。
