Company Introduction 致尚有限原名为“致尚科技（深圳）有限公司”，成立于2009年12月8日，成立时系由香港致尚出资设立的外商投资企业。2009年11月24日，深圳市科技工贸和信息化委员会出具“深科工贸信资字[2009]0750号”《关于设立外资企业致尚科技（深圳）有限公司的通知》，同意香港致尚投资设立致尚有限，批准香港致尚于2009年11月17日签署的《致尚科技（深圳）有限公司章程》。2009年11月27日，深圳市人民政府向致尚有限核发“商外资粤深外资证字[2009]0676号”《中华人民共和国台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》。2009年12月8日，深圳市市场监督管理局向致尚有限核发注册号为440301503365209的《企业法人营业执照》。公司系由致尚有限整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2018年8月12日，致尚有限召开股东会并通过决议，同意以公司经审计的截至2018年5月31日的净资产账面值人民币134,674,187.07元，按照约1.683:1的比例进行折股，折合股本80,000,000.00元，其余计入资本公积，致尚有限整体变更为股份公司。容诚已对上述整体变更股份有限公司的出资情况进行了审验，并出具验资报告。2018年8月28日，致尚科技召开了股份公司创立大会，审议通过了《深圳市致尚科技股份有限公司章程》等议案。 公司专注于精密电子零部件的研发和制造，致力于游戏机、VR/AR 设备、专业音响为主的消费电子、通讯电子及汽车电子等零部件的研发、设计、生产和销售。自创立以来，公司秉承自主创新、自主研发的经营理念，围绕核心客户需求持续进行研发投入，不断丰富产品种类及提高技术含量。目前，公司产品形成以游戏机、VR/AR 设备的精密零部件为核心，以电子连接器、光纤连接器为重要构成的布局。未来，公司将以知名电子制造企业为标杆，通过提供核心产品和解决方案，与品牌商进一步深化合作，力争成为具有国际竞争力的电子零部件生产商和技术服务商。
