Company Introduction 陕西华达科技股份有限公司前身为国营第八五三厂，始建于1966年。公司主营业务为电连接器及互连产品的研发、生产和销售。公司注册资本10802.67万元，位于陕西省西安市高新区普新二路5号。公司是国内研制和生产电连接器的大型骨干企业，是国家电子元器件行业协会理事单位、国家电连接器行业协会副理事长单位、国家军用射频同轴电连接器核心企业、中国电子学会会员单位、全国电子设备用机电元件标准化技术委员会会员单位、全国电子设备用高频电缆及连接器标准化技术委员会会员单位，国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、西安市高新技术企业、军民两用技术产业示范企业。 公司经过50余年的科研生产实践，历经了“集中设计、七专高可靠、贯彻国军标、宇高工程科研攻关”等历史阶段，形成了射频同轴连接器、低频连接器、射频同轴电缆组件三大类产品，广泛应用于航空航天、武器装备、通讯等领域。公司积极主导和参与电连接器国际标准、国家标准、国家军用标准、行业标准的制定；拥有各类专利技术；积极承担国家重点科研项目的研制任务，包括原总装备部的新品研制、工艺攻关、贯军标生产线、质量工程，国防科工局的生产线条件建设、技术改造、产业化能力建设等。 公司坚持以市场为导向，建立产学研相结合的科技创新体系，技术研发实力雄厚。公司以企业内部自主研发为主，根据公司产品特性及发展趋势，依托公司的省级企业技术中心平台，下设设计研究院、技术与军工部、质量部，设计研究院下设射频与组件设计研究所、低频电连接器设计研究所、微矩形电连接器设计研究所、通讯技术设计研究所、微波模块与器件设计研究所、工模具设计研究室共6个设计研究所/室及1个试制工段。依据国家发展规划、行业发展动态、用户需求以及市场推广等情况进行产品的横、纵向研发、预研、自主研发以及研发成果转化等活动。 公司一贯注重企业管理工作，先后通过了ISO9001:2000、ISO9001:2008、ISO9001:2015、GJB9001A-2001、GJB9001B-2009、GJB9001C-2017质量管理体系认证，ISO14001:2004、ISO14001:2015环境管理体系认证等。 公司研制生产的“华达牌”连接器被评为西安市和陕西省著名商标和名牌产品，并荣获元器件行业十大知名品牌等称号。 公司以“专业引领、行业领先、造福职工、奉献社会”为价值追求，坚持“人本、诚信、创新、卓越”核心理念和“诚信、优质、高效、共赢”经营理念，为了适应市场需求，实现高质量发展，公司将不断加大技术提升改造和产品研发力度，以优良的品质，热忱的服务，回报用户，回报社会。
