| Company Introduction | 公司是一家致力于玻璃纤维及其制品研发、生产、销售的高新技术企业。玻璃纤维是一种以白泡石、叶蜡石、高岭土、石英砂、石灰石等天然无机非金属矿石为原料，按一定的配方经高温熔制、拉丝、烘干及后加工等工艺加工而成的高性能无机纤维，具有机械强度高、绝缘性好、耐腐蚀性好、轻质高强等特点。玻璃纤维增强复合材料具有优异的综合性能，能够替代钢、铝、木材、水泥、PVC等多种传统材料，在风电叶片、汽车与轨道交通、建筑材料、工业管罐、电力绝缘、电子电器、航空航天等领域广泛应用。 公司重视对关键核心技术的开发传承，通过持续的科研投入，在玻璃纤维系统技术上取得了多项突破并积累了丰富的实践经验。经过30来年的不断发展，公司在风电叶片、工程塑料、电子电器和电力绝缘等领域培育出了一系列具有全球竞争优势的产品，部分产品成功打破国外厂商垄断，填补了国内空白。在风电叶片领域，公司已成为全球最主要的风电纱及织物供应商之一，市场占有率超过25%，其中高模、超高模产品产量居全球领先地位；高模拉挤片材已在90米以上风电叶片上得到应用；公司与科思创聚合物（中国）有限公司联合研发的聚氨酯风电专用纱及织物，已率先在全聚氨酯风电叶片中使用，引领了未来风电叶片发展的趋势。在工程塑料领域，公司长期服务于杜邦、巴斯夫、金发科技等行业领头企业，通过强强合作，陆续开发一系列具有独特竞争优势的高性能短切纤维、热塑长纤、异形玻纤、高模及低介电等功能化异形玻纤产品，普遍应用于汽车零部件、电子等诸多领域，特别是航空飞行器结构部件、高端电子等一些有着特殊要求的高端领域。在电子领域，公司联合产业链领头企业及高校，依托国家科技支撑计划等项目，攻克了多项关键技术难题，成功开发了低气泡细纱、纤维直径可达3.7μm的超细纱及织物等优势产品，解决了高端PCB源头关键材料长期依赖进口的问题，助推了国内多层电路板的快速发展。公司自主研发、拥有独立知识产权的5G用低介电玻璃纤维已实现批量生产，并在华为旗舰系列手机、5G高频通信用关键透波制品等产品上得到应用。在热固性复合材料应用领域，公司成功开发出高端绝缘玻璃纤维产品，具有良好的耐高压击穿稳定性，应用于特高压绝缘子制造；公司开发的细直径、适合高速拉挤工艺的光缆加强芯用玻璃纤维产品，为光缆加强芯更低成本制造提供了解决方案。 公司拥有“国家企业技术中心”、“博士后科研工作站”、“材料与化工研究生联合培养基地”、重庆市玻璃纤维及复合材料工程技术研究中心、经中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）和DNV认证认可的风电实验室、玻璃纤维研究开发重庆市工业和信息化重点实验室、海智工作站等多个创新及引智平台。自成立以来，公司已获得中国工业大奖表彰奖、国家知识产权优势企业、中国专利优秀奖、中国名牌产品、国家重点新产品、重庆市优秀创新型企业、重庆市智能工厂（玻璃纤维制造智能工厂）、重庆市新材料研发制造先进企业、重庆市科技进步一等奖等诸多殊荣。公司已通过ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001、IATF16949等多项体系认证，主要产品通过德国船级社（GL）认证。截至报告期末（23年6月30日），公司已获得470项境内专利（发明专利224项、实用新型专利245项、外观设计专利1项）、4项境外专利和多项非专利技术，为公司创新发展奠定了坚实的基础。公司作为国家标准化委员会成员单位，主要起草或参与了《玻璃纤维缝编织物》（GB/T25040-2010）、《连续树脂基预浸料用多轴向经编增强材料》（GB/T25043-2010）、《适于热塑性树脂的短切玻璃纤维绿色设计产品评价技术规范》（T/CFIAB1-2019）、《结构用纤维增强复合材料拉挤型材》（GB/T31539-2015）等国家和行业标准的编制。公司玻璃纤维产品的产能规模排名国内前三、全球前四。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
