| Company Introduction | 公司是一家专业从事医学影像设备、工业无损检测设备的研发、生产和销售的国家级重点高新技术企业。公司前身为超声研究所，自1982年设立以来一直秉持着“为了人类的安全与健康”服务的信念，以自主创新、探索前沿作为公司发展的核心驱动力。1983年，公司自主研制出国内第一代量产的“中华B超”，开启了我国超声诊断设备国产化的道路；1995年，公司获得国家科技委员会颁发的国家科学技术进步奖三等奖，1998年获得国家机械工业局颁发的科技进步奖一等奖，2022年获得国家工业和信息化部颁发的国防技术发明奖二等奖。公司先后主持或参与编制了超声医学影像设备、X射线设备和超声无损检测设备的各类标准共19个，其中国家和行业标准16个，建立并规范了行业产品的评价体系。根据2023年1月19日发布的《广东省工业和信息化厅关于公布2022年专精特新中小企业和2019年到期复核通过企业名单的通告》，发行人被认定为2022年专精特新中小企业。根据2024年11月21日发布的《广东省工业和信息化厅关于印发第六批专精特新“小巨人”企业、通过复核的第三批专精特新“小巨人”企业和新一轮第一批支持的重点“小巨人”企业名单的通知》，发行人被认定为专精特新“小巨人”企业。全数字彩超是公司目前主要收入来源。经过多年的自主研发创新，公司已经掌握了从脏器结构性成像到脏器运动分析、弹性成像等功能性成像技术，建立了从图像处理算法、图像分析软件、探头核心部件到整机设计开发的完整的核心技术自主知识产权体系，逐步打破国外进口彩超在中高端领域的垄断地位，形成了从全身应用彩超设备、临床专科应用彩超设备、便携式彩超设备、掌上式无线彩超到人工智能云平台解决方案的全系列产品类型。在工业无损检测领域，公司以持续的自主创新能力为依托，长期致力于超声无损检测产品的原始创新和升级换代，研制的CTS-9009、SUPOR及CTS-2020无损检测设备应用于我国首艘自主建造的极地科学考察破冰船雪龙二号项目、“华龙一号”全球首堆的示范工程福清核电站项目及连云港田湾核电站项目等国家重大基础工程建设项目中。便携式DR设备为公司未来潜在的业绩增长点。公司依托成熟的底层电路设计、数据传输与图像处理等医学影像诊断技术和精细化加工工艺，2014年通过自主研发推出中国第一款内置电池便携式DR，2020年自主研发免防护和应急救援专用DR设备，突破了传统X射线应用范围的局限性，形成了覆盖居民医疗服务、动物医疗、手术监视、军警野战、事故灾难救援、现场执法及考古挖掘等多重场景需求的产品系列。在多模态产品领域，2023年公司推出应用于应急救援领域的便携式多模态医学影像系统并启动注册程序，融合便携式DR和便携式彩超两种医学影像设备，全面覆盖人体骨骼、各脏器、软组织和血流等人体全身的医学影像诊断，诊断影像交叉互补，可以提出更完整、更紧凑的医学影像检查方案，能够广泛应用于各类紧急医学救援队、消防队及军队，各体育运动团体的紧急医学救援检伤以及救护车配备等，是一种全新概念的医学影像产品。同时，公司通过研发与手术机器人系统软件集成使用的实时超声成像，实现了微创手术机器人的术前确认、术中规划和实时监控，使外科手术更快速、更精确、更安全。医学影像设备作为图像引导手术机器人系统的重要组成部分，将帮助公司逐步从医学影像诊断业务领域向医学辅助诊疗系统业务领域拓展。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
