Company Introduction 湖北兴发化工集团股份有限公司成立于1994年，座落于汉明妃王昭君故里-湖北省宜昌市兴山县境内，是一家以磷化工系列产品和精细化工产品的开发、生产和销售为主业的上市公司。公司于1999年在上海证券交易所上市，股票代码：“600141”，总资产416.12亿元，员工13000余人，位居中国上市公司500强第427位。通过二十多年的发展，公司已成为中国最大的精细磷酸盐生产企业之一。 公司始终坚持生态优先、绿色发展，加快产业转型升级，先后开发出食品级、牙膏级、医药级、电子级、电镀级、工业级、饲料级等各类产品15个系列591个品种，是全国精细磷产品门类最全、品种最多的企业之一。公司持续推进磷化工资源和企业的重组整合，在国内率先建立起“矿电化”运行模式，实现了磷矿全部自给，电力自给率达50%以上。近年来公司大力实施“走出去”发展战略，通过跨区域重组扩张，先后在湖北兴山、宜昌、宜都、远安、神农架、保康、襄阳、河南、贵州、江苏、新疆、内蒙古等全国8个省建立规模化生产基地，基本形成了在全国同行业的主导地位。同时依靠自主技术创新，加快实施精细化工为核心的多元化战略，全面提高资源和能源自给率，推进磷化工、硅化工、硫化工、氟化工、盐化工融合发展，形成了“资源能源为基础、精细化工为主导、关联产业相配套”的产业链竞争优势。 公司坚持国际化发展战略，先后在美国、德国、巴西、阿根廷、越南、中国香港等地设立营销平台，通过欧洲化学品Reach等资质认证，同陶氏、SK海力士、可口可乐等多家全球500强企业建立合作伙伴关系，营销网络遍布亚欧美非等110多个国家和地区；持续推进品牌创建，品牌价值位列2020年中国能源化工品牌价值排行榜第24位。与此同时，大力实施名牌战略，“兴发”商标荣膺中国驰名商标，“兴发”牌三聚磷酸钠荣获中国名牌产品，“兴发”牌六偏磷酸钠、次磷酸钠、二甲基亚砜被评为湖北省名牌产品，“兴发”牌系列化工产品被评为湖北省出口名牌产品。公司先后荣获中国重质量守信用年度品牌、全国守合同重信用企业、国家质量信誉AAA企业、金融信誉等级AAA企业等诸多荣誉。
