Company Introduction 上海航天汽车机电股份有限公司成立于1998年5月28日，同年6月在上海证交所挂牌上市，股票代码600151，是中国首家以“航天”命名的上市公司，是八院产业投融资与资产证券化的专业平台的专业平台，也是航天技术应用产业化的重要平台，主要从事汽车热系统和新能源光伏产品。目前，公司形成了高端汽配和新能源光伏双轮驱动的产业发展格局，拥有三家高新技术企业，业务布局覆盖多个国家和地区。 公司高端汽配产业拥有全球统一的埃斯创品牌，作为全球汽车热系统产品主要供应商之一，致力于开发和生产热交换器、发动机冷却模块、空调箱及其控制器、压缩机等产品，可为客户提供空调和动力总成冷却系统的集成解决方案。 公司是较早将航天太阳能电池技术转民用化的光伏企业，主要从事晶硅铸锭、太阳能电池组件技术研发、制造以及销售，具备双玻、半片、MBB并兼容182、210大尺寸电池片组件生产能力，每年可生产1GW硅片和近5GW组件，HT品牌拥有全球主要市场的产品认证。
